The most friendly pawn store I have been to. I appreicate the patience both Sandi and Martin have when I have questions. Martin is very knowledgeable about what is in the store and the items I had asked about possibly pawning. He and Sandi are very personable and it's obvious that they love their job. I came in last week looking for jewelry for my significant other. Martin was super helpful with helping me find something unique and was able to educate me about jewelry. I definitely learned a few things after talking to him. Sandi was also super friendly- I really like her as she was reassuring thay my partner would like what I picked out. I have not experienced this at other pawn shops, as I feel intimidated to even ask a simple question and I'm super thankful for this place!

They had glowing reviews for their exceptional customer service, and I was eager to experience it for myself.I called to confirm their opening hours and spoke with Sandy, who was such a sweetheart! Not only did she answer all my questions with patience and professionalism, but she was also juggling other customers' transactions at the same time. I was blown away by her exceptional customer service skills. She's undoubtedly the reason why so many people keep coming back to Valley Pawn!And let me tell you about Martin - he's a genius! He's one of the most knowledgeable and pleasant people I've ever met. We talked about a lot of things, both related and unrelated to my transaction, and he even gave me some great resources to use in the future. He appraised my items at a higher price than I was expecting, which was such a pleasant surprise! And the best part? He did it all in just ten minutes! I was so impressed by his efficiency and expertise.But wait, there's more! Valley Pawn has just moved to a bigger showroom, and the location is even better than before. They're now at 571 James Madison Highway in Culpeper VA, just 2000 feet to the right, next to the Verizon Store in the Paynes Plaza. And the icing on the cake? They now have better parking, so you can park anything you have!Overall, I had an exceptional experience at Valley Pawn, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy establishment with top-notch customer service.

Valley Pawn posted an item I was interested in online. Communication was quick, straightforward and efficient. I drove 45 miles and was pleasantly greeted. The item was way better than expected - A brand new STIHL chainsaw at a killer price. Then something happened that I really didn’t expect. They gave me a 30 day warranty! Will shop there again soon!

Over the past 3 years, I have on several occasions, Conducted business with valley pawn.At Valley Pawn you will be greeted with a welcoming smile and allowed to browse at will.I have never personally Pawned anything there. I have however sold to, and Purchased several items. Prices are fair, They seem willing to negotiate and i've never felt Pressured, the atmosphere is one of true Integrity. As a picker and Practitioner of Numismatics I recommend Valley Pawn. I am a happy customer, and also consider them my clients .So the next time we're out by walmart in culpeper, virginia, Why not stop in ,you never know, You might just find that tool, Musical instrument, Or the perfect gift for yourself or loved one.

I’ve been in twice and each time with kids. They were so kind and patient with us! I was offered HUNDREDS more here on a ring set I had to pawn than other places I tried before ultimately doing it. Feel like they’ve been more then fair and friendly. Kids love to browse at the items they have. Huge variety of all things I could use! Never even thought to check here for a new window a.c unit! Wish I had. Would of saved a ton!

I spoke with who is presumably the owner, and I had a great experience. I am new to fire arms and was curious on getting information and hands on with what they had. The employees were very helpful and kind and the owner took a good 30 minutes out of his day to help me understand ins and outs of firearms. Really appreciated his time and I will for sure be back!
