Austin was great the only guy working when we went in there, another worker walked in to do his shift and the three girls followed the guy in the back to go continue talking as they were already in a group in the back of the store talking and,lsughing very loud while Austin was maning the cash register and being very helpful. The kid shoes were expensive but it's a small town and everyone has to make thier money. The other associates where outside but it was snowing so maybe the job wasnt that important. The store was busy at times.

I must say it used to be fun just stopping in tractor supply so my children can see the chicks if nothing else but I do usually have a reason to go in🤣. The customer service has really gotten to be not the best. Some that work there now really seem like they don't want to be there and get annoyed very easy with children, which I don't like at all. But not all the employees I've met are this way. I've not seen a bunch of employees working at the same times, they definitely seem like they could use some help. Other then that I enjoy tractor supply ❤️

Ive always liked shopping at Culpeper Tractor Supply, Everyone ive dealt with have always been helpful and friendly, I mainly get my propane tank filled there because its cheaper than swapping and I buy all of my work pants and Carhartt shirts there, I have nothing but good things to say about CTS.

I'm not a fan of in-person shopping. Twice I've placed orders online to be picked up, and then found out that they aren't in stock. First time is was with feed. This time I bought a gun safe early this morning. several hours go by with no contact, so I call the store to find out when I can pick it up only to be told they had just sold the last one! So, they sat on my online pickup order for four hours...until they sold out! Forget this place! Rural King of the Culpeper Co-Op for me from now on! Just cut up my TSC credit card too..

The service was just so disappointing. Must of had 8-9 people working. But only one person checking out.We had to wait for him to check out and talk and pet the dogs of the lady checking out.Than he had to go over the receipt. Than said he miss something and talk some more.Than recheck the receipt and found the item he just changed her for.Than he started all over again and got the dog treat out and than petting the dogs. And more talking.That when I left.

Tractor Supply Culpeper is full of friendly employees eager to help. I went in for a gun safe and Pearl found what I was looking for, got me checked out, and loaded up lickety split. Like a NASCAR pitstop AND I saved $100 over the same item elsewhere. I highly recommend this place for your "out here" needs.

I walked in and got greeted right away, that is good customer service. Their was enough staff to help the customers with all there needs. I am all about customer service. Without our customers there would be no businesses , we seem to forget this time to time. Well Tractor Supply has the customer service that anyone can learn from.Thank you Tractor Supply.

Cheap propane refills, bought my wood splitter here, county line works amazing. Great service mostly. Only complaint is sometimes there's no one available to fill propane.

Nearly impossible to find anyone in this store to help. Frequently has empty shelf or inventory for the very thing you go in to get. One of the worst tractor supply stores. Sometimes can't find prices. Often a mess, blocked isles. But, sometimes it's the only place to go to get what you need, unless you want to drive an hour.

It's a good place to get what you need. Some of the staff are more knowledgeable than others, but in my experience, they seem to know their strengths and will defer to someone else if they don't know the answer to your question rather than mislead you. That's worth a lot, in my mind.

Store is o.k. Service is nonexistent. Don't expect any help loading, unloading or lifting. The shelves are usually stocked but not always. We will continue to shop at Tractor Supply because they offer items we need on a regular basis and can't get at Wal-Mart, but really wish it were run better.

Always a great place to get those hard to find items. The kids love when they have the chicks for sale. We get a lot of our gardening supplies here but great for pet and horse supplies as well

Great place for anything farm related including clothes at a pretty decent price. I always forget there is a side section going to the loading area that is on the right side of the store by the dogfood, was looking for salt blocks for the cows and they were out there this time. Great store!

Great prices on all your farm supplies and more. Their 4Health dog food is highly rated and decently priced. Staff is friendly, but sometimes understaffed.

They sold my 15 year old brother two different sized boots in one box, the refused to give him his money back when he figured it out. He couldn't exchange them because they do not have any in his correct size. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen. It's awfully low to let a child waste $165 on a pair of boots he can never wear. Thanks for putting your customers first.

They do have some good prices on stuff. There feed is a little high and my animals don't care for there food. The service is the worst out of all of this kind of store in the area uselly you only see a cashier and if you ask something you get the minimum answer and if you ask for help I hope you have a lot of time and they have a attitude

Worthless store. Been going there since it opened, because I have no choice except to drive elsewhere. Hated it the whole time.Now, their expensive product dies after two hours of use, I have to drive all the way to town to return it, and they have the gall to hassle me about the return, even with a warranty.Rediculous.

I was in emergency need of a new weedwhacker as my 18year old Stihl just gave out an hour earlier... 2:30 Saturday afternoon & the Stihl distributor in Culpeper was closed until Monday... Lowes??? Hahaha... that's all I'll say --- Tractor Supply was my last chance & damned if they didn't come through SHINING!!! My customer service associate was friendly,helpful & knowledgeable!!! He happened to have 2 CubCadet 4stroke weedwhackers in the back stock room & showed me one while assuring me they were close to Stihl quality... I bought one & was extremely happy with my purchase --- spent the remaining day & all day Sunday weedwhacking my 12acres which after endless weeks of rain needed it SOOOOO badly hahaha!!! Thanks Tractor Supply!!!

This store is ridiculous. Never any staff to help you. The isles are so cramped with items you can not move down them. The equine supplies are never updated or in stock. Poor management.

This place is ridiculous. One of the few places to purchase propane in the area however never seems to have anyone to fill propane, due to various different reasons training, staff shortage etc. Absolutely ridiculous. This has happened on multiple occasions.
