Courtney took great care of my dog, Chloe.It was her first visit to a groomer and she did great, no problems with any part of the experience. Courtney did an awesome job on deshedding and brushing her out. Her coat has never looked so healthy and shiny. Sure she feels better too. She will go back to be bathed by Courtney.

Buddy only likes churu. I like to keep him happy 😺 for his favorite treat ☺️I did enjoy the waterfall fishtank until I realized what buddy would do. Fish flavored water.Makes a wonderful Betta tank ☺️.

I feel there is no compassion or love showed to fur babies during their grooming. The atmosphere is dull and I feel the groomers operate like slow robots. There are no kind words of praise or sayings of how well he/she has behaved. It's a stage of just going through the motions and taking forever to get a single pet finished. I've never seen the like. Highly disappointing and not recommendable. I mean who doesn't love fur baby kisses?!

Don't get me wrong, amazing and nice people, as well as good service. But they've had a broken freezer for about 3 and a half months, and I have to go to Warrenton to get frozen mice for my python. PLEASE! fix your freezer! It's been over 3 months!

Grooming takes several hours. From reading some other comments and speaking to a previous employee, it sounds like this is normal for them. However, we just got a dog, and I had never been to a groomer before. When I booked online, there was one groomer available and she had a 3:00 appointment and a 4:00 appointment. I booked the 3:00. It seemed reasonable to expect that my dog's appointment would be over by 4:00 being that another client could book the 4:00. He was not done until about 6:00 - 3 hours after drop off. The groomer did an excellent job, he looks wonderful, the staff were very kind. I don't have anything negative to say about the people I worked with. In fact, I would go back if not for the wait. However, the PetSmart website should disclose that appointments take 3 hours. I'm also still confused as to why appointment times are 1 hour apart if it takes 3 hours. I had not planned my day around spending hours in town, and my son and husband were super inconvenienced. I'm not saying "don't use petsmart," but I am saying, be prepared to leave your dog for half of the day then go back to pick up regardless of what the website looks like.

Went for a grooming for our 2 dogs. Apparently it was scheduled off by a day and we were not notified of the missed appointment. So we didn't get grooming. Also found out that they can't kennel the short snout dogs. We'd have to wait while the pug is bathed and nails trimmed while the pomeranian has a 4 hour visit. We opted not to reschedule. Store is clean enough. Staff was friendly. Probably not going to return as this place is over 30 minutes away.

My dog has been getting groomed by this location for several years with no issues — and his groomer always does a lovely job. Unfortunately, I had a less than favorable experience with this location during his last visit.I dropped my dog off for his appointment around 12:25pm, with his appointment scheduled for 12:30pm. He is a very small dog, and it typically takes the salon 2, 3 hours max to wash and cut him. Around 3pm, I started to become curious as to why I hadn’t received a call from Petsmart groomers to let me know he was ready, but I continued with my workday — simply thinking they might be running behind that day. By the time 5pm came around, I was shocked to have not yet received a call, so I decided to call myself. The first time I called, someone in the grooming salon answered the phone, said nothing and hung up before I could say hello. I immediately called back in confusion, to which the same response occurred. This was an immediate red flag and at this point I was getting ready to go back to the salon. Moments later, my dad called and someone answered, telling him that they’ll put him on hold and be with him shortly. At this point in time, my dad hung up and I was on my way to the salon. When I got there, I was not greeted and stood in the salon until one kind woman, named Marissa or Karissa, walked away from her grooming post to assist me. There was another young woman in the salon, who I had seen earlier as I dropped my dog off, who continued to interrupt my conversation with the helpful employee with utter nonsense and nothing that added value to me or the situation — stating that I might have had the wrong salon. For some strange reason, this young woman who looked fresh out of a high school seat, decided to tell me that she “believed me” insinuating that I might be lying about my experience. I reminded the young woman that I saw her when I came in, so there was no question of whether this was the right salon or not. The lady who was helping me informed me that my dog’s groomer had left around 3pm, signaling my dog had in fact been ready for hours at this point with no one calling to let me know.This was a totally ridiculous experience and I am very disappointed as a loyal, paying client. I did not appreciate the young woman’s constant, useless interruptions or the facility’s failure to inform me that my dog has been ready hours earlier.Again, I’d never had any such issue with this location prior to this point, but this experience has left a horrible taste in my mouth.

The employees here are so kind and friendly! They have everything you need for your pet. I get crickets here for my gecko, and I am always happy with them. Some other places I get crickets from, I find that they die very quickly; but every time I come to culpeper petsmart, their crickets last! They often do adoption events here as well with local pet shelters! It's nice to come here when I can.

Took my new puppy to get a harness. The staff was very helpful! We tried a few until we found that was just right. The pink one pictured here is one we tried on. We got a purple harness and now we are both happy!

I keep getting emails from this branch of the company booking appointments for Charlie, Jazz and Cassy. I don't have any dogs and live in London in the United Kingdom. I've contacted customer services numerous times and they can't remove me! Please can you check the email address for your customer with Charlie, Jazz and Cassy as I am getting their emails and booking appointments and am fed up of getting them!!!!

They have the cutest kitties for adoption! Staff is very helpful with answering questions or assistance needed with finding products, and even loading larger items into your car. I gave 4 stars only because their crickets don't live as long as the others do from other pet stores.

Support your local shelter not a pet store. Im all for saving an animal a life! But to put a pricetag on them is sickening!!!!!!!!Yea there answer is burn a Ferrell animal but make money off the same smh!! Whats more important petsmart animal in a caring home or money in your pocket!!?¿.?¿? Save whats in your yard that petsmart is charging you $200 for for animals that were trapped!!!
