Wonderful customer service, always fun items. We love the garden pot section. We haven't had luck with finding a rug without damage, but many friends have found really nice ones. Fun place to wander around

I took me mudder there. It was her first time going into Ollie's. She got signed up for a reward card and said as she was getting checked out, she was going to go back to Culpeper (we live in the Warrenton area) to get a hotel room for 1 week. I said, "What are you talking about? For what, Mom?" She said I'll get a room for a week. That way, I'll be close by, and I'm going to return to Ollie's every day for a week. I like this store and it's going to take at least a week for me to see everything!Ollie's!! Great stuff!! CHEAP!!!

Always deals, deals and more deals. I love the pet section, the toy section is already ready for the holidays. The books are priced so well. Used a coupon and enjoyed the benefits of the reward program. Staff is always friendly.

If you've never been to Ollie's, you need to go inside and check out their inventory. This place is amazing. Like anywhere else, you NEED TO LOOK AROUND. Amazing bargains. Some better than others. But really worth stopping.

Visited Culpeper, VA Ollie's on Saturday, April 29, 2023. I was looking for mini yard flags so the Manager went to back to check. Fortunately she found a box of them which made my day. I purchased three. You could say that was her job but so many people don't go the extra mile..BUT she did. Thanks very much to the Manager on duty that day. She was so personable!

Hit the store on a day everything was 15% off! Got new flooring (same brand Lowes carries) and patio set and loved that discount! Was my first time there, won't be last!

Ok, so the place is huge! Prices are ok, but not super cheap. I'm guessing this is to help pay for the workers to stack everything so full you have to dig for hours to get what you want. Impressed with the selections. Better then Big Lots! We'll come again. May need to pack a lunch. It takes a bit to get through it all.

I really dislike shopping there because the store is disorganized and stock setting everywhere which is a fall hazard. The management staff aren't friendly and have no social skills to their customers . Next visit i will be taking pictures to show how unorganized the store is. Corporate really needs to visit this location and to a complete overhaul off staff . The bathrooms are always untidy and stinks.when i have asked for info on product in the store its makes me feel like i'm a bother asking for help and that their customers aren't valued.

My sister and I go to Ollie's once a month, getting breakfast Buffet first, of course. We love the variety and, of course, the bargains!! Friendly staff and clean store!

Glad to see this store in Culpeper. We went on the first weekend it was open. It was decently stocked and it was quite busy at around 5 on Saturday. Keurig coffee pods were decently priced at 80 for $17. Glad to see the check outs were well stocked with staff so we didn't have to wait long on our $33 purchases. Only surprise was the amount of literal trash at the entrance. First impressions are hard to overcome. 5 out of 7 stars for a perfect score. We will return. Especially nice at this time of the year.

The store itself has quite a few bargains. Cleanliness is 50/50. Trying to make a purchase was a little difficult. The lady that waited on me asked me if I had an ollie's card and I simply said no. This is my first time here so asking her to help me set up an ollies card was a very difficult task for her five or six times She tried to put in my email and she kept messing up. She called for help two times and had two different ladies help her and she's still couldn't figure it out. I left without her reward card and she was so overwhelmed by it She couldn't even count my change back, right? Kind of sad. She said she's old school and computers just aren't her thing.

One cashier and I'm number 7 in line with 2 things and no others in site to help. I get they are understaffed but I know multiple people that have applied or done on spot interviews and nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is getting to be a reoccurring issues. I feel sorry for the cashier, customers are voicing opinions loudly but not her fault

Good choices of a little of everything but some of the prices are not so great. The so-called truckoad sales have prices that should be much lower to move it out. Cashiers so far have been friendly and not pushy about signing up.

Many items carried that Big Lots doesn't. Carries lots of books, rugs and plenty of items for children. Thrilled that these stores are in my state. Get their free customer card for more discounts.

Ollie's has a really cool selection of stuff at discount prices. I especially like the food stuffs they get...almost guaranteed to find a gem or two!
