The gentleman that answered the phone was rather rude, practically rushed me off the phone, and definitely gave me the impression that he considered me a bother.I called in about having a graphics card tested and he told me I was asking him to open up a nightmare. When I explained that it's overheating and I had already narrowed it down to one of two things, he told me "just replace it, the prices have come down" as if people just have a thousand dollars sitting around, then tried to bluff me about "there are virus's that can cause it to overheat" (this is true but not very common). I mean come on, either the fans are getting power or they're not, I just don't have the equipment to find out. All I wanted to know is if I could save this card or if it's beyond help (for those wondering, if the fans are getting power, it's the motors that went bad and they can be replaced. If it's not getting power then something internal went bad (probably not serviceable) or potentially a virus. I just want to figure out which before throw out a thousand dollar part)Look, he isn't required to accept my work. I'm not upset about him turning me away. I'm upset about the rudeness and the flagrant attempt to blow smoke up my rear. I'm upset that when I asked if he knew anyone else nearby that might test it instead he told me I was "bringing him a nightmare". And I'm upset that he made his mind up about me before he even asked for details. I see that he has many great and glowing reviews, so maybe my experience is just an outlier, but the guy practically hung up on me, and he clearly just wanted me to go away.Now I have to summon the courage to call the next shop and HOPE they don't treat me like I'm already a problem before I even walk through the door.

This guy saved my laptop! He cleaned her up inside and out and even installed a really good quality ssd drive for me. He also gave my baby a speed boost. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you have any kind of computer trouble, this is the guy to go to. Thank you so much Gabe

My experience with Netcompcs has been fantastic! I came in intending to get a basic gaming computer. Gabe took his time reviewing some of the computer parts and did an outstanding job explaining each interface and component of the computer. As someone who does not know much about computers, Gabe ensured that I understood! He also respected my wishes. He built a tower of the color of my liking and installed Windows software 11, which I am incredibly thankful and enthusiastic about! The results were terrific. I came into the shop and was blown out of my mind by how well-put-together the gaming PC tower looked. The cabling management was on point, and the running components worked smoothly. I am impressed with his quality of work! I recommend this place.

Thank you Gabe! I received wonderful service remotely! I was having issues with a computer program, and since I purchased my computer there years ago I called for help. Now residing in Baltimore, Gabe walked me through how to fix the issues. With several phone calls and the Chrome Remote Desktop he helped me update and protect my computer. This was timely and excellent service in these extenuating moments in history. Oh and not to mention the computer that he recommended and sold me in 2016 was in excellent health. Mr. Gabriel (sorry if I misspelled the name 😅) was a really nice dude to do business with. He was so kind when he helped me when I had some seeds stuck inside the charging port of my phone (I work at a bakery, I'm not sure how it got there myself). Such a super nice guy, and I'm forever thankful! Highly recommend for anyone who has any technical problems (no pun intended) and I'll DEFINITELY come back to him for any more problems.

I have been using net com for many years now. I bring my lap top and iMac every year for cleaning, checkups, and any updates. Gabe is very good, does what he says, and is timely (doesn't keep my computer long). I have compared his prices with another computer company and he is lower. However, even if he was more expensive I would still go to him because of his knowledge of what is happening in the computer world.

Recently my PC crashed due to a forced upgrade from Microsoft. This was my first experience with Gabe and when I called to explain what happened, the first words out of his mouth was "welcome to Windows 10." I knew I had called the right person. Gabe was able to salvage my data and get my PC running good as new. Gabe was quick to answer my questions I had when I got my PC back. Will definitely be a return customer in the future.

I recently took my Dell desktop to Gabe at Netcompcs with a non-working hard drive. In absolute panic I rushed it to Gabe and he dropped what he was doing andsaved my "brain" -- took out the chip, moved it into another Mac he was using and then sold me the Mac at a really compassionate and discounted rate. Gabe fixed my laptop that was completely infected with so many viruses. I was using Norton anti virus software and it was corrupted so I told him to install a new solid state hard drive and new anti virus program. He installed ESET software and I told him not to worry about moving anything from my old drive to new drive.He fixed my wife's laptop also, it was also corrupted with viruses. He installed the ESET software and the computer runs so fast now my wife is very happy. He also checked her Hewlett Packard Desktop hard drive also.He also fixed my Surface Pro, it was infected with viruses with he cleaned and install viruses protection. He fixed my desktop also with a new Hard Drive and install the ESET software program.I'm very pleased with the work and services I received from Gabe. If your looking for an expert in the IT arena look no further you found one with Gabe. I realize that people go in there and ask a thousand questions and want him to tell them how to or what is wrong without paying him for his time. He his to the point and by asking the proper questions he can give you a reasonable solutions what might be wrong. So if you need your computers fixed right the first time take it to NETCOMPCS. I'll never let anyone else work on my computers again except Gabe.

Not being "tech savvy" I've had to call them on a couple occasions with questions, they've always taken whatever time was needed to answer them... Top marks for customer service.
