Unless you find a really good deal, it’s pretty much not in my shopping bracket. That’s why it is mostly a less frequent store now with more and more people in the clearance aisle. While I get the argument over import taxes and growth profits, it still doesn’t explain how in times of enormous inflation, fabric made in developing countries is becoming more and more expensive but that’s just my opinion. Maybe a lot of people love Kohl’s, that’s your thing. As a consumer, I’d rather go to other stores.

I didn't give a five star rating because you can seldom ever find an associate if you need assistance or have any questions.The store is always neat and clean, and they have a nice selection of merchandise.I do finding it frustrating they are constantly changing prices on Clearance merchandise. They will mark it down, then raise the price back up to accommodate their percentage off sales. I'm in the store every few days so I'm more aware that it happens. Opposed to someone who doesn't visit as often.

Terrible customer service, I was returning an item, before I went back to customer service I pick out a couple of items to get, when I went to Customer Service I was the only one there, the associate did my return and then told me I had to go to the front to check out. I got to the front, 1 register open, I was the third person in line. No call for help up front, you could see other associates stocking, waited over 10 minutes. Did not use to be that way.

It's been a while since I was in an actual store since the pandemic. It was nice to be able to actually see and feel things before buying them. I decided to buy myself a watch. Unfortunately, I had to return it the next day because it just wasn't keeping time. Wasn't able to exchange it for a similar watch due to a price difference. Offered to pay the difference but apparently their policy didn't allow that. Returned it and wound up going elsewhere for a similar watch.

We mostly use them for Amazon returns. Because they make us go all the way to the back of the store we have to shop going in or coming out. It makes you want to spend the $5 coupon on their overpriced items. Nice strategy Kohls! Their towels are really great quality. Holiday selection is usually great. Wait a few weeks and you'll save even more. If you go to the Haymarket store the return area is in the front of the store (what a great concept, now we don't have to carry our returns so far and we are more likely to shop your overpriced items). Why don't they do that in all the stores? Then you would have less shoppers who don't intend to buy anyway. That is why we are doing our returns from Amazon! If you would price match, your sales would go up.

I don't normally shop here but will run in if I've checked everywhere else and had no luck. Due to there prices is the only reason I don't usually shop here because things are definitely VERY expensive here. For instance I saw a bathroom 2 piece mat set I loved but wanted almost $50 for it😳 that's just ridiculously high and way to much for that in my opinion, but if you have it like that then go for it👍😊

Great merchandise. It is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Best return policy of any store I have ever shopped at. Only thing I did not understand was why there was only one cashier for so many people in line. No one came to to help this young lady. Still our favorite store, but management needs to keep an eye on customer flow on checkout.

Staff at this store is amazing team! I love the sales&coupons they offer. They have the most wonderful family bathroom(&clean) this mommy has ever seen!...I never mind shopping with my kids at this location.Enjoyable store to shop.Possibly difficult to manuever if your a new mom with wide stroller to navigate- just fyi.

Super friendly staff. Quality clothing and home goods. The sales can't be beat especially when you have the charge card. Easy to save hundreds of dollars per visit when you use coupons and clearance sales.

Staff wasn't overly friendly. Was in their store for about 45 minutes, was never acknowledged by an associate. They have fewer variety of jeans than they used to have,Most of which have holes in them. This is disappointing, as this used to be the only place where I could find jeans in my size, and style.Nice selection of shoes and jewelry.

I enjoy the store, but the retail staff have became extremely pushy in sales. Two days in row I have been asked about a charge card. I understand they have to ask, but when I answer no I mean no. Literally threee times after I said no the employee informed me of how it helps my credit, how to pay it right, what my total would be even if I got denied. No one should feel so pressured to ding their credit for 35% off !!! Your credit is way more important then that. Stop hurting American adults and teach better skills on how to build credit !

Had to return some Christmas clothes, but no receipts for all items. Customer service did what they could, and I appreciate their help. I spent money again on other stuff, without too much effort, so it all worked out.

No stranger to Kohl’s, have shopped in many. This one is pretty unremarkable. Very quiet, almost Barnes and Noble like, very stagnant and still. Good selection, just a very “basic” location.

The store was quiet. Clean. Sale racks full. The deals are frustrating in that you have to buy two of an item to get a discount in many cases. Prices seemed high. The staff at most Kohls locations are helpful.

Look, I know they're forcing us to "look" as we head to the Amazon returns in the back of the store, but jeez. I'm disabled, and it's a long way to walk. It would be nice if they'd put a kiosk near the door.

I have no complaints. Store was clean and we'll organized, they had what I was looking for (so I got two), and there was no line upon checking out. The three employees I came in contact with were very courteous and kind.

I will be shopping more often at Kohl's! They have a nice variety of "plus" size clothes, the store is nicely laid out and the staff is very personable. I especially love their discounts!

I have shopped in the plus size woman's department several times and have not been able to find anything to buy. Piles and piles of sales clothes jammed on racks. Could not find anything of quality to spend my money on. Today, I went to the baby department to buy a special newborn gift for a new great grandson. Well, if you like dressing your kids in Disney clothes, I suppose you would be a happy shopper. I personally like quality tasteful clothing. So, nothing for the newborn. I also thought, maybe I could buy my great granddaughter an Easter dress. No such thing as that, unless, once again you like dressing your kids in Disney stuff. And try to find a 2T in that store or even someone to help you - not at this Khol's. Never again - their quality of merchandise is less than Wal-Mart. Sad for Culpeper - their corporate store must send all the rejects from other store to the Culpeper location.

Place is clean. Full of stuff to buy. Quite a few people here on Saturday at 12. Lines at the register. Wait time to check out is 10 minutes. Lady in front of me is short. Wife is getting mad because I'm stupid. Couldn't find a stuffed pug they used to have. Disappoint.
