My husband and I had an appointment with Dr Dixon today. We were both given thorough exams. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. He took the time to listen and answer the questions I had concerning my recent cataract surgery. I'm grateful for the care we received today. I recommend him and endorse him without hesitation. He's becoming more and more rare in today's healthcare scenario. In addition, his staff was accommodating and gracious in every way.

My glasses broke while I was working. Called and Rebecca worked me into the schedule for the same day. Literally 1.5 hours after I broke my glasses I was with Dr Dixon getting an eye exam since my glasses was over a year old and severely scratched. The whole process was painless and extremely efficient. I now have new glasses . If you need a honest and caring eye Dr go here I highly recommend them. The whole staff is excellent.

Ever since the new staff was hired it's been a terrible experience. The older woman at the front desk is the sole reason I nor my family will not come back. She's been so disrespectful to me dispite that it's her job to be helpful, communicative, and provide a great experience. The past 3 interactions I've had with her disgust me. Unhelpful and absolutely RUDE. There is a way to be polite and helpful if you need to problem solve or accommodate for the people coming in. She lacks those skills.Dr. Dixon is great but we are done coming to this office.

The worst costumer experience I've had in a long time! I came in early January with a prescription for a glasses change due to an eye infection and these glasses at Dr Dixon office cost me 75$ and in less than 20 days once the swelling had gone down my eye doctor reverted back to my old prescription and kindly asked their office to change it ,they refused unless I pay another 75$ .I think this is extremely unprofessional especially since I never signed or was aware of their return policy. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Walmart eye center instead.

Dr. Dixon is extremely knowledgeable and you don't feel as though you are being rushed if you have questions. He is quite personable and the fact that he brings his sweet little dog to work is an added bonus. He definitely is deserving of five stars.

Dr. Dixon is a wonderful and different type of doctor. He reminds me of the Little House on the Prairie days when doctors were really personable and genuinely caring. Not very many of those around anymore. I'm thankful that he's my doctor. I wouldn't change him even if I moved from Virginia to California.

I saw Dr. Dixon for the first time this past Monday and thought he was great! Plus, who wouldn’t love going to the doctor and hanging out with the cutest sweetest little office dog! I ordered glasses that day and was able to pick them up the following day. Staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend and will continue to go back to Dr. Dixon.

Dr. Dixon is wonderful and very thorough. His office staff are efficient and kind. What else is there to say?Update: I went back to be fitted for contacts and it wasn't easy for me to touch my eyes. The office staff was so patient and really took their time to get me the right contacts for my eyes as well as help me get comfortable with the whole process. Thanks so much!

I have gone to Dr. Dixon since I was a child. He has always been thorough and professional. His equipment and technology is up to date and he does not miss things.For a time, my insurance changed and I saw another optometrist. I told them about a problem I was having. They basically blew it off. I went back to Dr. Dixon and he listened to me and immediately diagnosed it. He put me on the proper medication and I haven't had a problem since. Needless to say, I go to Dr. Dixon regardless of insurance participation.

My wife was there for an eye check up, the glasses that were sold to her with the wrong prescription. The receptionist was very rude to my wife will I was talking to her she true the phone on the counter and walk away. After the specialist advice my wife that the glasses she had on had the wrong prescription the receptionist did not believe her. We as a family will never return to this specialist because of the unprofessional staff that he had working for him.My wife try it again the doctor was very helpful this time but the staff are still very rude per my wife account. The doctor do mention my review that I put here.

Always pleasent and professional! Open longer hours and weekends are always a bonus. They don't play insurance games and actually look after the patient. My 11 year old actually doesn't mind going at all!

This is my family docter hes very nice and educational. We always have a splended experience there. The receptionist always helps us pick out the right glasses and gives there opnion when asked. They always explain the options and are always able to explain what we are paying for very imformative and insightful :)

Working in another Eye care center I can say that this place is very unprofessional as a Pt came here for a second opinion about the pressure in his eyes and I was hung up on 2 times trying to gain information to gets this pts records and then was told the 3rd time I called straight back the person helping me left for lunch ....
