I didn’t wanna give him any stars, but this is the only way that I could get in here and tell how I feel about this place. Their service is awful. They don’t listen when you place an order, I asked for the onion rings to be overcooked and I got onion rings that are barely cooked. The ignorance just goes on and on people. And it was the assistant manager that took my order. I think he needs to go back to management school or listening school some thing or maybe stay at home. Find a job that suits you better. Worst management upper.

I bought me & my mom blizzards from Dairy Queen.. mine was great, but my mom’s…not so much! She wanted the “Mint Brownie Blizzard”, when we first got it, it was just ice cream with no chocolate pieces or anything! I took it back inside, & all they did was put 2 or 3 chocolate pieces inside of it & didn’t even remake it! The girl did apologize, but it was still ridiculous & very disappointing 🙄

What can I say, it's Dairy Queen🤷‍♀️ Blizzards are any flavor ice cream with toppings of your choice whipped so fast you need a spoon to eat it. Milk shakes, cones, floats, and sundaes, all very good. As of August 18 2020 the dining room is not open. You can only order at the window on the side 9f the building and they close earlier than usual now, 9pm.The food they serve is actually pretty good too. Hamburgers and fries, chicken tenders, wings, shrimp and salads. The service is pretty slow and customer service/friendliness ETc is lacking but I find that's the case with most places in Culpeper. You can see in the pics they have the outside roped leading up to the window for covid-19 and for the most part customers are distancing. Employees are wearing masks as well. Overall, food and treats are awesome, but be prepared to wait a few, about 10 min or more.

$3.29 plus tax for a small sundae that only had toppings (which consisted of a few canned pineapples not pineapple sundae topping) on one side. Asked for a few more to cover the entire sundae and was told it would be an additional cost! Meanwhile, the place had an overwhelming smell of sewage/unclean bathrooms and didn't appear to be very clean.Love supporting the small, local businesses including the franchises but, I believe this will be my last visit to Dairy Queen in Culpeper. I'll gladly drive a few extra miles to The Country Creamery where I always receive quality products, generous portions, friendly service and a clean environment.

Staff did not seem to know their job.Also I’m used to the Dairy Queen’s that include ice cream with the meals. This one does not. They don’t even offer the ice cream if paid For later after the meal is over. And just not as friendly as I am used to at our usual Dairy Queen location.Definitely a different service plan here. Will not be back there any time soon!

Today my boyfriend went in and got himself a burger and me a blizzard while I was waiting in the car. His food took like 15 minutes and when he came out my blizzard was melting in the cup. So I think, okay I’m gonna go in and get a new one because it shouldn’t be melting like that. They outright refused to make me a new one because it had been brought out to the car for me. They said it was in the freezer and now it was my problem. They even called the owner and they refused as well. Awful customer service. It was liquid in the cup. I’m so disappointed in how I was treated, how hard would it have been to make a new one??

We had the Berry Cheesecake blizzard. It was delicious!! DQ was very busy but they handled the crowd and orders very well. We took ours to go as the seats were full. I would recommend this place absolutely!

It was alright service, it’s unfortunate they don’t have the Orange Julius anymore, that was the only thing I was looking forward to. The 2 girls working the front seemed like they didn’t wanna be there or at least not serve me. I don’t know but everyone else was treated either the same or nicer. Don’t know what I did to be treated different, I’m human and use manners unlike others LMAO but no food was hot

Service is super slow. We waited for a meal and two blizzards for 15min. In that time with nothing to do, we got to looking around and noticed the total disregard for cleanliness. Overflowing trash cans, uncleared greasy floors, and the kitchen area was as untidy as it could get. I would expect a more well-kept establishment if I’m spending $22 on a meal and some cheap ice cream. Definitely will not be going back there anytime soon.

Very busy but of course it was Memorial Day night. And though the line was wrapped around inside rather than making us wait out the door in the heat it did move quickly since most everyone was getting ice cream in various forms. We got the Chocolate Brownie Extreme (with chocolate ice cream) Blizzard and one of the new MLB Blizzards - Drumstick w peanuts. We were very pleased and made use of a buy one get one for .99 coupon.

Ok....out of gravy. Slower service, didn't ask if we wanted ice cream items a little later than food, so some melted a little. Staff were friendly, store seemed clean. The cake cooler had rust, so that could look better if cleaned up or something.

I would give a zero star if I could the store is nasty. The banana in the banana split was rancid each topping on the Sunday was an additional fee. Seven workers and every table in the place needed to be wiped.Once they heard my review they started sweeping around us while we were eating.This is absurd

I always have enjoyed their ice cream since childhood. Now I can share this great experience with my grandchildren. It was clean and the staff were polite. The only problem was the wait time for our food. Yes, it was rather busy at the time!

My order was not what i asked for, then i was charged again to fix it. The kid working the register said “oops”. I should not have paid for the correctly made one but i was with my daughter and didnt want to cause a scene. I have the receipts still.

I've been for blizzards several times this summer, and each time they have been very poorly mixed with almost nothing mixed in. Mostly just plain vanilla ice cream. Tonight I ordered a reeses blizzard with extra reeses and m&m pieces to try to get a normal amount of candy pieces (and paid extra for both), but candy pieces were only mixed into the first inch of my large size blizzard. The rest was straight vanilla ice cream. This is so frustrating, I'm getting really tired of this. Some of the worst blizzard making I've ever experienced.

Very friendly staff and a clean store. Ordered and Blizzard and Chicken Sandwich. The Blizzard was out very quickly, but food took 10 minutes or so. It was fresh and well cooked when it came out, but nothing special. Similar to a larger McChicken at McDonalds with a bit more toppings. 5 for friendly Staff and Blizzard, 3 for food tastiness and the long wait. Although The other fast food restaurants within a few blocks (Arby's and Burger King also had extremely slow service, so The Culpepper fast food situation isn't too 'fast' I'm general)

Have eaten here many times. Stopped by recently with my kids. Was going to order food at the outdoor window. Asked if kids could please use restroom. Was told no due to virus.We left and went someplace more reasonable. Will never return. Lost our business forever.I see when they respond on here that they refer to their customers as fans. I am not a fan
