Went in to get a couple nightstands. Picked out two and and a lady went to grab them for us while we waited with the kids. She came back a few moments later and told us that they were at the front. Wow..that was quick my oldest said (6yo), I laughed and agreed and told her thank you and proceeded to the front. By the time we got to the front S he was allready there waiting for us. We paid and she then wheeled the two items out to the curbside while I went to retrieve my truck. I must say..OUTSTANDING SERVICE. SHe went above and beyond what was expected of her..just sorry I didn't get her name.

I used to shop Biglots ALOT and I haven't been in a while.Thee prices were outrageous!I thought Biglots was a discount store? Nice stuff, just jacked up prices.

Store has a nice lay out and flow. Everything looked nice and organized. Love the new retro kitchen/home section. Has a nice selection of furniture, food, hygiene and house hold goods. Like the new lay out for the registers. Staff was friendly.Only real draw back for me was the pet section. Not an over abundance of cat things and the clearance section was a bit messy.But over all not a bad place to shop.

The store itself i love! For the most part the employees are great except for this one that was working tonight. She was rude as far as rolling her eyes and and had an attitude from the moment I had walked up to the counter. Which is ok with me because I will definitely be going to her supervisor about this and I sure hope that the next time I go in there she will have a better attitude as I didn't do anything to her.

If you have been to one you have been to all. If they have it in stock it's normally a good price. If you need help staff are so short they normally just work checkout and are not able to help with much else.

We shop here when go to dollartree next door. Clearance or mark down racks are good. Good place for juice and spices. DVDs aren't too bad.

I love big lots for different things I may need. The pricing for the most part are decent but like anywhere else you have to watch the prices because you may beable to find it cheaper elsewhere.

I seem to have an obsession with Big Lots! I love the store ITSELF. however, the one in Culpeper definitely needs better management. I don't understand why if a piece of furniture, outdoor table & chairs, etc. Is out of stock. Why don't they pull the floor model. Or why can't they sell the floor model? What happens to that extra stuff? I had my eye on a white bicycle outdoor planter an by the time I had the money to get it, not only had it gone on sale, but it was out of stock. Even though it was out on the floor?Then today I saw it again but it was still out of stock. Why can't they sell the floor models. I really don't get it. Such a waste.

Two Saturdays before Christmas and the store is well stocked and organized. Friendly staff and no waiting to check out. Decent selection of items. It's hit or miss on some things if you need something specific which is to be expected in a store that specializes in close outs. 5 out of 7 stars for a perfect score.

Great prices, especially on an item I have a hard time finding. Big Lots had it for 50% less and that is their regular price. I also love the $5 off coupon I receive after every 3 visits. I highly recommend Big Lots!

Very good service, the staff are always helpful and very nice. Two nice ladies helped me load the 7 foot tall outdoor heater I bought into our SUV. They were patient while I figured a way to make it fit.

I enjoy shopping at this store.. but it has been at least 2 years since I stepped foot into one until I was at home visiting my parents.. as soon as I went into the store, I zoomed right towards the movies. I found two to add to my collection, along with something else..

Kind of like a dollar store and discount department store rolled into one. They don't have a great selection, but what they DO have is priced to sell. Recliners at $299 (most stores sell comparable ones for $4 to 6 hundred. Good place to go for small appliances and furniture.

I love this store! I have filled my home with furniture from here and its great quality and low prices! Everyone is so helpful and nice and they have so much there! Go here, Do not go to Schewels for furniture they are the worst!

They had Fantastic Four Silver Surfer on Blu-ray. They also had the 2015 version of Silver Surfer on Blu-ray. I thought that was really romantic. There was only one copy of each so it was obviously destiny.... whether my boyfriend sees that or not. (He's probably just bitter because of my feelings for the Silver Surfer.) They also had gifts for my dog and my birds. (Fact: I secretly bought the birds toys and bells for cats.) They had lots of plant supplies too but I ran out of money after my Silver Surfer bonanza .Update: turns out the 2015 movie stars the Fantastics that aren't Silver Surfer. And it has a good moral, "ladies are too smart for space."
