This is the ONLY 711 in CPep. The day shift ladies are the best. It is ALWAYS clean. The coffee station, bathroom and floors...always clean. The best thing is the wonderful ladies who work there. They are super helpful. They get to know you by name and always say hello in a cheerful way. Even when you can tell they are busy or frustrated, they hold their composure and do their job. Always with a smile. My SO and I find ourselves enjoying seeing them. We will go out of our way to go to this 711. Most others have nasty drink stations and bathrooms. They are redoing the gas pumps but don't let that keep you from going to the CLEANEST, NICEST, 711 with the most authentic ppl who won't take their frustrations out on you. They will go out of their way to help in my experience. I don't want to leave out the 2 gentleman that often work day shift. They are awesome dudes too. I've worked at 711. It can be a daunting task. A harder job than ppl think. These ppl work hard and it really shows. The hard work has not gone unnoticed. I appreciate the extra attention to detail and ppl.

I got 3 taquitos that were supposed to be 3/$3.49 but i didn't get that promotion even while using my app. But the worst part was they were horrible. It was like they had been cooked saved for the next day and it back on the grill. Tasted rotten and old. I couldn't even turn around to take them back i just threw them away. I used to go to this 7-11 at least 3 times a week. I will not be returning

Employees have really bad customer service! If i didn't have to walk id avoid this store like the plague.. one employee is very rude when i come in and have asked for his name and management information but they refuse to give it! Had issues with the rewards going through and his answer was i dont know how it works and every time you come in here we have a hard time. Wow great customer service. When i can in there few months ago on the way to work around 2pm and wanted to fill my thermos with coffee but there was no decaf and i asked him his response was this is what we have. WHAT HAPPENED TO ALWAYS FRESH COFFEE??Response i get is come back in the morning. really need to do something about all the day workers hanging out in the parking lot it's very intimidating for customers and difficult to get into parking lot.

So for a long time I have heard of a couple of employees (cindy and leah) that speak down to my daughter, accuse her of not doing her job and making up storie about her. Like the one I just heard cindy accuse her of. I was at the store for a while to see her in action and what cindy accused her of was a lie.I am visiting with my daughter who works at this shop and has for a couple of years. She is reliable and pulls doubles and comes in early even when I am visiting so the boss can leave. I know you might think I am being favorable toward my daughter, I am not! I did not understand her frustration until I saw it first hand. Do you not provide ethics in the work place? When one employee talks down to another employee in front of customers there is a problem.All employees should be treated equal and if one does not do their job they should be held accountable. Finger pointing is never a good thing.

Very Poor Customer Service. Will Nickel and Dime you to death and complain about using too many condiments, napkins, and sugar; even after you have just spent 40-50$ bucks.The staff acts entitled to your hard earned money.They will never get my business again.I'll take mine down the street to the other 7-11. Remember, it's a Franchise....1lost customer will affect their bottom line.

Apparently giving people attitude is all some people can do. Guy was disrespectful and loud as hell. Didn't even wanna walk over to get the cigarettes he told the other employee do it for him. I might look younger than I am but you don't need to treat me like a child.

The staff at this store is awful. They're rude and act as if they're annoyed for even being there. Do yourself a favor and skip this store, there are several other 7-11's in town that are better.

The staff at this 7-11 is amazing. I was hunting all day for my wallet and come to find out I left it at 7-11 everything was in it. I’m very grateful for this 7-11 staff!
