Very professional, courteous, and thoughtful. I Stopped by to pick up coffee for family member in hospital and added a special request for some plain toast. Alia and Latasha went out of their way to help me and were so kind. Outstanding service and thanks to both for keeping me a 7-11 Regular! Thanks!

Cashiers were nice however the manager was extremely disrespectful and a bit hostile. Did not feel comfortable being there. They didn't have a very welcoming demeanor at all. Maybe a bad day but still unacceptable. They even spoke lowly of their cashiers.

This is by far the best 7-11 store I have ever visited. The absolute friendliest staff that go above and beyond to acknowledge you when you enter, always friendly and helpful, always serve with a smile. Store is always clean and well stocked. Thank you, it is a pleasure doing business here.

My wife and I stopped here for gas and to use the facilities over the weekend. There is a sign on the bathroom door in the back that says "no public restroom"... My wife pleaded with the woman behind the counter that it was very urgent she use the restroom yet it wasn't allowed, they told us to go to the grocery store down the street. We instead went to the Exon station a few doors down to fill up with gas and use the restroom. I'm not sure I've ever heard of a gas station without a public restroom and uncaring staff that wouldn't make an exception to a person in need.

I understand times are different now but when you have a sign up that states no mask no service it should be enforced by all employees. I've been made to go back out to my vehicle to get a mask but when an employee has a customer come in that they feel is above wearing a mask doesn't that put everyone in that store at risk. One of my first choice 7 11s in those town treat everyone equal. I have breathing issues and me being enforced to wearing a mask and someone comes in 3 minutes later without one. I don't think that is being prejudice against who is consider a customer and who isnt.

I love stopping at this 7-11 (the only one in Culpeper I will stop at) everyone is always so polite and welcoming! The store is very clean. No matter what kind of day I am having everyone there makes it better with their kindness!

This is the worst 711 in culpeper. It's usually dirty and the products are more expensive than the other 711s in the area. They don't carry any of the 711 brand organic juices and the food and donut selections are sparce unless you show up late at night when the truck comes. While most of the employees are friendly and helpful there is one in particular who has had an attitude each time I've been there while she is there. This 711 is right next to my house so I go there frequently even though it's not my first choice. I went there this afternoon to buy cigarettes and while money might be tight I usually at least have quarters to pay for them, on this particular occasion I had about $1 in silver change but the rest were pennies. The same employee who usually has an attitude told me she wouldn't accept them in the guise that there wasn't "room" for her to take $3 in pennies. I told her I would count it all for her and she still said no. After talking it over for a few minutes she started texting her manager and told me if I go home and put them in rolls she would accept them. So I left and went to the 711 a mile away by the plant nursery and they accepted my change no problem, and the cigarettes were even 49 cents cheaper.

Will not be patroning this store again. They wouldn’t even change out a bill for their air machine unless I bought something. So I ask for a pack of cigarettes, just so happens that my DL has expired, but he can still see that I’m 36 years old. So I tell my wife who’s with me to give her ID, and he says no & wont take it. I ended up having to find a customer with change for a dollar.

I'm 30 years old with a valid driver's license but was not able to buy alcohol because my ID would not scan.By coincidence I had my passport. And with 2 forms of federal ID I was still unable to buy alcohol. Ridiculous.

They let me buy alcohol with no ID, but would not sell me cigerettes. They just lost another customer. It is a very poorly ran store that can not keep employees and losing customers just as fast. Close the store down!

Poor customer service... Employees are very disrespectful. They cant keep employees and then they higher people that are so rude and are not people friendly. This store is dirty at times. Poor poor customer service!!! CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN!!!!!!!!!

I went and was not masked. Some foreign manager refused to sell to me because I had no mask. But mind you the customer in front of me had no mask and it was accepted to sell to. Wow!!!! Smh.
