I brought in our 5-1/2 month old puppy. April went over how we needed to do a puppy trim for this & the next visit (wash, dry & a face & nail trim) to get him used to the noise & routine. He was definitely anxious as he hates baths & being brushed, but all in all he did better than I expected with the special care & attention they gave him..

Took my 7mo pup in yesterday for first time to get nails cut and filed and they did a wonderful job!!! Will take her in monthly to avoid this stressful (for me) necessity. So convenient here in town too! Support local !

We had a great first puppy visit with Madison! She is so sweet and did an awesome job with our 6 mo wiggly little yorkie pup JJ!The staff is all super friendly, it’s very clean and cozy in the lobby and my dog came back happy as ever and we are so happy to see his sweet little eyes again 😂 so grateful to have good groomers in the area that put emphasis on a good experience for the dog by taking their time to make the animals feel comfortable and safe.

Countryside did an absolutely fantabulous job with my Border Aussie, Roxy. Her coat was in terrible shape and I'm disabled and it's getting harder for me to care for it myself and it was causing us both unnecessary stress. They got all of her butt fluff completely out and were able to trim her nails to a much more manageable length! She looks and smells wonderful and is so soft and floofy!!I should've done this ages ago!

We brought our puppy for his first grooming on Friday, and I would like to say we were happy with his cleanliness and they obviously did a good job brushing him out. That was great, especially for a puppy who was not the most compliant.The issue that we have is that we filled out the very detailed services form selecting a number of different things that we wanted done for him. Upon arriving, we were surprised to be asked what services we wanted. Apparently, they do not actually look at the form. We listed what we could remember, but specifically said that there were more things. When we came back to pick up our dog, we had not been charged for all the services we requested and when we asked why, they told us they had not reviewed the form.Additionally, there were some minor details that would have been nice to be taken care of such as trimming up his butt and privates. We assumed that would go without saying, but these were not done.Overall, we were not disappointed with the service, especially for the very good price, and we will be coming back soon - and now know to be very specific with what we want done.

My Old English Sheepdog just had his first appointment at Countryside Pet Grooming. OMG... We will never go anywhere else again. We had wanted a knowledgeable and gentle groomer for our big, sweet, shaggy guy, but soon realized that many grooming departments will not even book an OES due to their high-maintenance coats. I felt welcomed and reassured by the staff at Countryside from the second I arrived- both Summer and April knelt to greet my dog and offer him scratchies and treats. (Also neither appeared horrified at his polar bear-esque appearance, a refreshing change for us when walking into a grooming salon). While my dog came into the salon feeling very nervous, he had already warmed up to the staff by the time I came to pick him up a short while later. Having once been told by a franchise salon groomer that he would take hours to cut and potentially need a surgical blade shave because his coat was so "bad" (again- Old English Sheepdog...), April gave my dog a BEAUTIFUL cut and full clean in about an hour-and-a-half, including granting a hair dryer break when she noticed him exhibiting early signs of stress. The lobby has windows into the salon, so I got to peek at the process while filling out paperwork. It was clear that nothing was rushed and my dog was being handled with care. Checkout didn't feel rushed either- both April and Summer let me know how my dog did, answered my questions, and worked with me to set up a plan for recurring appointments. From start to finish, this was the grooming partnership I had always hoped to find for my shaggy guy. The staff at Country View have a combination of knowledge, experience, and patience that I have realized can be hard to find for certain breeds. For any services but DEFINITELY if your dog has specific or challenging grooming needs, I wouldn't hesitate to book an appointment at Countryside.

Wonderful groomer! Morgan takes terrific care of my Samoyed and they are very professional. Great communication, easy to book (but as with all good groomers, do it quite a bit in advance because they book up). Originally tried them because it was close to home, and they turned out to be the best groomers I've been to before. Samoyeds are a pain to groom but Countryside staff are always super friendly and happy to see us.

They are really good and appreciate your pet. The first time I went in they didn’t do Bear’s tail the way we wanted it done, but when we came in the second time they had “Post It’s” everywhere saying how we would like it. Lovely ladies trying and doing great work.
