Ordered a number 1 combo. Burger looked and tasted good…not mushed like what you get at the clown’s fast food chain. The staff is friendly…I gave 4 stars because the diet Dr Pepper wasn’t good. Too much syrup being dispensed, also had to ask for ice since the soda machine ice was not working.

Nice experience with staff. The Omelet Biscuit sandwich was delicious. The biscuit that went with the gravy was hard as a rock and the gravy seemed watered down to me. Biscuits and gravy is the staple reason that I go to Hardee's for breakfast. Not pleased with the biscuit and gravy. Over all experience was OK. Certainly room for improvement but I didn't leave hungry.

The worst customer service ever. So after the parade me and my kids wanted Hardee's and I asked to drive thru server did they sell chicken wings. The person who was in the Drive-Thru taking the orders proceeded to tell me that this particular restaurant did not sell chicken, which was what's understandable. I then asked for a three-piece chicken tender and the person that was taking my order cut me off immediately saying that there were no chicken tenders cooked because they were still frozen. 🙄 Every time I visit this Hardee's there's always a new excuse why there's nothing ever cooked up that they clearly display on the menu outside in the drive thru. Seriously this location needs better management, I used to work at a Hardee's myself and I was a General Manager and my employees never talk to their customers this way if anything the person should have at least asked did I want to wait for the order to be cooked. This meal was not for me but for my 7 year old son. I did not like the service and I will not be coming back to this location. These restaurants need to do better with hiring their employees to ensure the customers are satisfied with their purchases especially when you're spending your hard-earned money to keep their business running properly.

The food is mediocre but the service was good. The fries were cold and small but they made it right when I let them know. So yeah, I'd give them another try since this is the first week of opening in Farmville.

Talk about dirty. Everywhere you look is filth. As soon as you walk in, you can see wrappers, food,... all over. Under cabinets, on window sills, in the corners of room. No reason to have a restaurant this dirty. Only customer here. There should be someone cleaning the eating area. I could just imagine what the kitchen looks like 🤮. We Won't be back.

The food was fresh (even the fries were hot), the place was very clean, and the employees were spot-on reactive to our small groups unique requests. This store got it right on all the important things. Plus, the young lady working the counter was also working the drive-thru and was cooking some of the food. Her can-do and friendly approach to customer service made it a great day at this Hardee's. 👍

DO NOT go here. Awful customer service! My husband and I just attempted to stop by here on our way to our honeymoon. The lady on the intercom IMMEDIATELY snapped at me. Then she told me she's not serving us right now and she's only gonna finish with the people she's already taken orders for and lunch won't start until later. Which I understand them being short staffed but she had absolutely no reason to snap at me and talk to me the way she did. She could have explained her situation kindly. I have never in my life snapped at an employee, but she really upset me. We're very understanding and kind people. We would have gladly went about our way anyways. Instead we left heated from the way we're spoken to and treated. We'll definitely go to Hardee's again, just not this one. I hope that lady has a better day.

I usually don't care for Hardee's, but this one really did a great job. My burger was made as requested, and it was fantastic. Juicy, well put together and great flavor. The staff where all super friendly and helpful. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The parking lot was even big enough for me to get my semi truck in and get back out without hitting anything.Parking: Enough parking that I was able to get my semi truck in and out with plenty of room.

Don't order large size. They will just put a small fry in a large fry container. I gave this location 2 stars. That's one more star than the Blackstone location. Because at least Crewe has decent speed threw the line most often. Blackstone is pure trash however.

Place was not very clean. Had to wipe our table off. Seats too. Tried iced tea. Half glass each..half sweet, half unsweetened. Tasted moldy. Ice machine was empty. Then she had to ask us what we were waiting for. My husband's mushroom burger was good .

Do yourself a favor do not go here!!!! I went here 4-29-23.I Waited 20 minutes for 2 biscuit combo’s. DID I mention I was in the drive thru 🤦♂️. They need a new manager. Poor staff!

TODAY was the FIRST day I received a sausage biscuit where it was fully cooked. I go here almost every morning because I work early and it is literally the only place in town. I always had to check to see if it was not red in the middle. So thanks for finally not trying to get me or my baby sick. Whoever cooked breakfast this morning needs a raise and the other person needs training. If you do not like your job or want to do it please quit but know that you are feeding people and also pregnant women and children so please try to consider their safety.

We usually go through the drive thru.. & the line usually is slow. Sometimes the greeter/window person is very friendly and other times not so much. Food is normally good and still warm.

Haven't been to Hardee's in over a year. The one located closer to me in Amelia has held a breakfast to lunch swift line for 25 minutes before we gave up and left.Stopped by two nights ago, ordered dinner. No problem other than the place being severely understaffed and one of the chefs or cashiers outside smoking so heavily I needed to hit my emergency inhaler with the windows rolled up.Came to this location again last night around 730pm. No cars in the parking lot, no line. Ordered our food, 2 mushroom swiss and a side of mashed potatoes. Pulled around and paid. Was told to pull forward to the door. Sat there with no one behind us ever to pull up for over 10 minutes. Order came and I pulled into the parking lot to eat. No utensils for the potatoes, but it didn't matter because visibly through the clear top were vegetables, burnt from sitting in the gravy for so long they were unidentifiable enough that I chose to not even eat the potatoes. The burgers seemed fine until 45 minutes ago. Yeah, 445 am this morning.I have been spewing from both ends violently and it's disguatingly clear that something in the food was contaminated. I don't think it was on purpose, but I feel it was something unnecessary. Cutting corners on staffing leads to higher instances of food contamination and unintended spoilage. I paid $15 for a meal I'll need to copay my doctor $50 to run a blood lab and basically tell me to hydrate so I cam create a paper trail to send to Corporate so it has to be on record this is a possible ongoing issue. If you eat here and get sick, hold the restaurant and franchise owner accountable. There's no point in having this dump in our towns if they're just going to understaff and poison us with contaminated food.

Orders are always COMPLETELY wrong. Staff is rude, they'll tell you there's no half gallon of sweet tea and when you're persistent all of a sudden they have it (which just shows they're lazy) . If they can't hear or understand your order they ask you to come to the first window, STILL get it wrong. They don't comprehend what a second order is. That is only from today! Last week around 6 PM, they refused to cook chicken for the rest of the night and was only serving burgers.From reading previous reviews, when is corporate going to get involved and fix this restaurant? There's more reviews on their fb page which I think is more believable then all these Google reviews🤷♀️

08/24/22 I decided to visit again to see if the was any improvement. I ordered a hand breaded chicken sandwich and the 1/3 lb Frisco burger. I had to pull to a parking space to wait. I assumed it would be fresh, having to wait. I received the bag and came home. The chicken sandwich was way over cooked dark brown edges, dry and it was not even warm. The Frisco burger had a beef patty that was almost black either from over cook or having been cooked for hours. It was so dried, out it was thrown in the trash with the chicken sandwich. My question is why I have to wait for food that was obviously cooked hours ago? Also why I had to pull over when I was alone in the drive thru. That is my last time wasting money at this location the Food again was awful. There needs to be a management shake up there if they want return customers. Ahhh maybe it awful because they don't want to be to busy. I feel sorry for out of town visitors stopping there as it is on a main drag route 460. Beware of this location. 4 years ago review follows. Cheeseburgers looked like they had been smashed. Onion rings were cold, not even Luke warmLarge coke with lite ice tasted strange maybe because it had more ice than Coke. All this after waiting at the window and then being ask to wait another 9 mins after pulling forward. Should have taken it all back bit was on a trip with limited time. Threw it all away.
