We stopped by Dollar General in Crewe VA today and found a lot of good deals! I found some very nice but inexpensive greeting cards. We also purchased a number of items to donate for children at Prince Edward Elementary School. Thankfully, Dollar General made it more affordable to make some much needed donations!

This was the cleanest, most organized Dollar General that I have ever been to. I'd swore off DG for about 10 years because they were over priced, poorly stocked and filthy. This one changed my mind. I'll give them another chance. The prices are still slightly higher than I like, but it could work in a pinch.😊

They are pleasant to enter in to a conversation with, they are eager to help, those of us who cannot reach the top shelves. I would actually go out of my way for shop at the one in Crewe.

Store was what you would expect. Employees were friendly. The one line that was open was long so they opened another register to help get people out faster.

This store is in need of "serious update". Computers/registered dont work, employees too busy putting away items ... this sld b a quick stop....

Great place to shop, but have a big turnover in employees, MUST BE DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT. This is my observation of employees... I'm a Daily Shopper.....
