Gave one star,one star to much,I went there to order a part and only know I have 5900 Ford tractor, so I only knew where the part went,they're the professional aAnd ordered the par.lo long story short didn't work, I didn't install because it was to small,,brought it back and was charged 25% restock fee for their mistake,,paid cash and got back a check, NEVER EVER AGAIN

Great place to buy a tractor. Massey Fergusons are good tractors and Crewe has a great prices and service! Parker was a bog help and everything went super quick.

I was INVISIBLE to the staff! I don't know if it's me or not but it seemed as if I was the wrong type of person that they are used to helping if you know what I mean. I felt as if I was ignored because of my ethnicity because I came in ready to purchase a mower and NOBODY came to help me!!! They all were standing around conversing etc, only one person spoke but he kept it moving. I wouldn't purchase anything from this place EVER!!! GUESS I WILL COME BACK WHEN I GET A LITTLE LIGHTER.

Good tractor and brush hog, but I also wanted a box scraper and they didn’t seem motivated to sell me one. I thought they’d call if one came in, but after a month, I ordered one from Amazon Prime and had it delivered to the property. I’d hope they would have told me a little more about my new tractor (for a first-time owner) before a I took it off the lot for my 6-mile drive home on it. Tractor Mike on YouTube has been very helpful. But, hopefully future interactions will make up for my initial experience. They have a wide selection of new and used tractors.4/20/2021 Update. I traded my Massey Ferguson for a John Deere when I damaged it and couldn’t get anyone from Crewe Tractor to come 6 miles pick it up. James River Equipment in Burkeville said they could pick it up and give me a good price for it even with the damage, so I am now a John Deere man. I already had a relationship with James River because I bought implements there.

We bought a new tractor. Well, it's listed as used on the papers. I had asked if it was a demo because it had a few hours on it. He replied not really. So,we assumed it had been the last of the batch. When the tractor arrived, I'm suprised it had enough fuel to unload. He said they had run out in the shop and would make it up to us. Then, no manual. He said he would order it. I've discovered a big gouge in the steel bumper, missing bolt on the roll bar and other dangling/loose bolts. They worked with us on the dp so we are just gonna accept the deception. However, I would be afraid to buy anything from them again.

I went there trying to buy a tractor, bush hog and grader box. I stood in the showroom at least a half hour and no one even offered to help me. That's no way to run a business, if you ask me. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Way to go go crewe tractor.

Called in to order a part gave all information needed even got a call back agreed to everything called the next day to confirm it would be in they never even ordered the part then said they could order it the next day not right then when I was on the phone with them the next day and wouldn't be in until the following week
