I bought fried chicken from the deli for a church dinner. It was so overcooked you couldn't eat it. I recommend for large fried chicken purchases you go to Food Lion

In general you can eventually find what you need. It does take more patience. They seem to do a lot more stocking during the day, And then you have the added traffic of the Oversized carts that are being filled for the take out orders, the aisles have become more difficult to navigate. Don't even get me started on the self checkout. If 5 CashiersCan stand and watch you check your items out and help you when you make a mistake, would it not make more sense for them to run the register???

THE STORE WAS MUCH EASIER TO GET AROUND TONIGHT. EMPLOYEES WERE WAITING UNTIL CLOSE TO STOCK WHICH MADE IT MUCH BETTER. ALL EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE & STORE WAS PROPERLY STAFFED SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO USE SELF CHECK OUT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

As always Walmart is great..I just moved here and was in LUCK, they are going to remodel the store and I got soooo many great things on clearance! Rugs lamps, curtains, everything I needed for my new house!! Love it

Typical Walmart store selections. I used to work any many walmart stores in the district, and I can confidently say this is one of the cleaner and better put together. Walmart employees are very pleasant and management is kind and easy to deal with.

Very helpful and sweet employees. One of my fave places to shop in town. Always wonderful deals in clerance. And variety of soany things to get!!! However sometimes they're produce can look a little sad so I go to food lion for that.

Customer service mgr is so so so rude and condescending towards customers. Shelves stay empty all the time. Lexington Walmart never has a problem. I'll ride to Lexington from note on for needed items just so i don't have to see HER.

The #1 reason why people from Hot Springs go to Covington... you could find anything you need here. They don't have a cafeteria space where you could sit and eat (sadly), but they have freshly baked bread, and pastries , fried and roasted chicken , fries and pre-made salad so you could buy if you don't want to cook at home.(Great prices tho) . Also pre baked pizza (But are usually cold)*I wish they could open more registers in order to make the visit more pleasant.

Do NOT use the photo center at this Walmart. If you want pictures print go somewhere else. Nothing works right. Hasn't worked right for 2 to 3 years. Do lnt waste you money here

The option to have multiple networks in one store and to have multiple people in direct access to such networks is not acceptable to me. It directly invades ones privacy, especially without permission. Next time ask. Don't tread on me.

FRIENDLIEST KINDEST PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER MEET!!!!!!I wanted to add, there is a wonderful employee by the name of Trish I wanted to share a story. I LOST my beloved childhood toy a stuffed fox named Swift somewhere nearby that Walmart and I went to the lost and found to see if somebody dropped him off.Trish was working behind the counter and was so taken by my grief she consoled me and asked if I'd be willing to return later on after her break. I told her I would and sure enough on my return she approached me with a stuffed white rabbit with a pink bow. She explained his name was Lucky and found him on the side of the road 20 years ago thinking he was an actual rabbit stopping to see, she took him home cleaned him up and held onto him until our cosmic meeting. I really appreciated Trish going out of her way and caring about me in a very sad time. Thank you Trish I hope you're doing well out there and Lucky is thinking of you too 💚🐰now he hangs out with my real life rabbit Rascal who I also found at the park BEHIND that walmart just a day before!!!

Walmart Manage Dillon killed 8 year old boys heart. After purchasing the first BB gun in Covington,Va. Store. We returned home to fined gun defective, returned to Walmart in 45 minutes to exchange BB gun, and was meet by Mgt. Dillon and was told no exchange on BB guns.i explained, but was meet by totaling disregard and told to go to Crossman if I was satisfaction. Walmart has distroyed small family business in this country now there out to distry the hearts of small families. I hate to say I spent 5 years in combat to provide freedom to to this company. Bring back small businesses and families.

Most of the staff are not very polite. Stock is usually low or limited. Staff grumble about their work load. Typically only one lane open. Self check outs are uncomfortable as the way Staff observe you.

No service at jewelry had to hunt someone down first guy just told us there's nobody for that department. We found someone else, who helped us but the ring she put at the register is flawed and we didn't realize it until we left. Lucky for them my boyfriend isn't as picky about his jewelry as I am.

Today, I had a good shopping experience. Considering that the parking lot was packed, the store did not appear to be crowded. I found all but 3 items. My purchase was large. Many employees greeted me. When I checked out, the cashier was friendly, swift, and an exceptional bagger. 🙂

Always very helpful and cordial anytime I or my grandparents need any help. They are very understanding when it comes to my situation as well with caring for two elderly grandparents. I don't know what I would do without this Walmart you guys are absolutely amazing.

Very quick in and out pick up... Using self checkout was very fast, but definitely would wait in the lines.. store had quite a few empty areas on different shelves, and did notice there were a lot of items that they did not have that other Walmarts have.. average Walmart..
