They have 2 big dogs running loose in the store and the dogs have no manners at all they run up and sniff peoples dogs and the dogs jump up on people, the also let the dogs harass the animals they currently have and laugh about it, and theres an extremely rude groomer, i always hear my dog yelp.

First time for Toby going there. They look the extra time and filled out a profile on him. He looked like a Wholly Mammoth but looked like a baby Shih-Tzu after they finished plus the owner is a local country girl from our community.Love'm

Very friendly staff. They were helpful in clipping my puppies nails and made the experience enjoyable for us both. The shop was very clean and neatly organized. I would recommend Pampered Pets to anyone looking for treats, toys, and animal grooming in the area.

They do more than groom and board pets! They also special order many other animals. They have feeder mice, crickets (other bugs too), rats and snakes I've been in these when they've ordered goats, chickens, ferrets and even took in a bearded dragon. I love they bring other animals to the area especially reptiles!Grooming prices are great.

We are newer clients here. To date, Our dog has been groomed twice and boarded once. So far, they have earned my repeat service. I am surprised how busy the place is! Sometimes hard to catch the desk worker. But they are so friendly. Kennels are very affordable ($11 ish) and the suites (small rooms, $24). The suites even have "themes", which made me smile. But you can tell that they care about the pets, and that makes a difference.

I had my dogs toenails cut and they are so kind and patient with my fur babies. And they hate having it done some scared to death and a growly one. And the ladies had no problem with them.

My Favorite place to go for my Pets needs. I Highly recommend Pampered Pets to Everyone. It is a jewel tucked away in Covington, VA. Those that work there are the sweetest People. If they don't have what you are looking for, they order it and call you as soon as it's arrived. I'm very Happy with Pampered Pets!

Very disappointed.. my dog was boarded while we were on vacation and when we got him back there was feces caked to his fur. Genuinely concerned as to why this happened especially since he is fully potty trained. and very active.

This little shop has some really good stuff. It has great prices, wonderful staff and is just amazing overall. It has a grooming service and you can also buy pets here sometimes. If you have not checked them out yet I highly recommend it, do yourself a favor and stop in.

Great place to get feeder mice, crickets. They occasionally have adorable hamsters. Meal worms. Some over-the-counter meds for pets. Pet clothing such as jackets for the tiniest pups to the biggest lap dogs. Grooming, and Boarding. They also have a place for any unwanted animals to be posted on corkboard looking for their for ever home. Overall friendly staff. Nice small Local bussiness
