I was just in the store about 15 minutes ago. The cashier was wonderful and trying her best to get through a very long line of customers. Meanwhile, the manager, Sharon, ignored the line and stayed in the office chatting with someone. I thought she might grab a register when she was done with her conversation but no, she breezed right past the very long line to straighten 2 shopping carts then commenced to breaking down a box next to the Easter merchandise. Come on. Help your people help people.

We have always had good experiences at this store. Friendly staff and we always find what we need,until this evening.The evening manager is so rude!My teenage daughter tested a ball by bouncing it twice. I hear a woman yell out angrily. I approached her and explained that my daughter was checking that the ball was inflated. She looked at me and said to not do it again!!!!! I am not a child and my teen was not disturbing anyone, she literally bounced it twice.Lady, you need a lesson in customer service!I will be taking my business to Clifton Forge from now on.I hope she doesn't treat the other staff like she treats the customers.

I really like that the aisles are wide and the store is clean. It is what it is...a dollar store. The selection is good. There's a constant turn over of product. They always have a fun selection of holiday decorations, no matter the holiday. CK out is always quick. The clerks are friendly.

Haven t been in here for years. Very pleased with selection. I was looking for supplies to build my bird toys to play with and destroy for an inexpensive price. I was able to get about 70% of what I needed. I still can't find a single hole punch anywhere. I thought they still used them in elementary school for kids!!

Dollar Tree 🌴 really is a great place to get a little bit of anything and everything. I don't care if you are a person who has $ or not, you are a fool not to shop here. There are laundry needs, trash bags, party supplies, seasonal flowers/decorations (which are really nice btw), cooking utensils...this is just to name a few. Everything really is a dollar but the items and the experience are worth alot more.

Nice Store and Employees. The front is kinda crowded with all the new items coming in, but other than this, everything has its appropriate place, and the employees make sure they stay there.

Shopping is fine great products shelves are always full store in shopping area is clean but tge bathroom is filthy this is not a customer issue the filth is just normal dirt from use the toilet walls floor is DISGUSTING the vent in the ceiling hasnt been cleaned in a long long time the walls can be scrubbed with ajax to remove the filth around toilet is on floor is beyond gross and filthy AGAIN THIS STATE OF THE BATHROOM IS NOT FROM ABUSE OF CUSTOMERS THIS JUST NEGLECT FROM STAFF THE REST ROOM NEEDS A GOOD SCRUBBING FROM CEILING TO FLOORS!

Everything costs a dollar or less. Staff can be friendly at times. Sometimes there is only one register open and it takes forever to checkout, and other times they're on the ball.
