Horrible store if I could I would give this place negative stars. The service is horrible, staff isn't friendly at all. I seen they needed help so I applied there just for them to give me the run around lie to me. Had a phone interview but the never called so I called them and they hung up on me. I called back several times and they didn't answer. My girlfriend called up there to get the cooperate number and a manager in the back ground admitted to hang up on me which is ridiculous. So for everyone out there I would waste my time or money here just go to family dollar or Walmart. This place should be shut down

Lately, the store seems very unorganized. Also, the cashiers are kind but they definitely let it be known (& everyone agrees) that they are overworked & underpaid. Unfortunately, that's not the customers fault or problem. I am so sympathetic to these women!

Full stock trolleys all over the place. Could hardly walk through. Major fire/injury risk. Not enough employees to run the store properly although they were trying their best.

They don't greet you very well!. They also don't help you when asked!! And the back of the store is so messy it's very upsetting!! Prices aren't bad I would give it a two & half stars!

Visited dollar general yesterday July28 Tabitha helped me she was amazing she answered all my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. Will definitely be stopping in there more often!!

Don't go to the one in Clifton Forge terrible service and if your coupon doesn't work they just tell you to call their corporate office and nothing gets done
