My cousin sent my Mother the most beautiful rose bouquet in a gorgeous red vase from Williams Florist ..even after the flowers died my Mother asked me not to throw them away because the arrangement was still pretty. My Mother later ordered flowers from Williams Florist for a friend and she said the lady that helped her was very patient with her and very helpful. She knows it took her a long time to verbalize and decide what she wanted to send her friend but the experience was not stressful because the lady was so kind and compassionate. My Mother said her friend said the flower arrangement she received was exceptional as well. Thank you very much for your professionalism and your willingness to help an elderly woman send joy to a friend as your flowers brought joy to her.

As most of us men do, I placed my order late for Valentine's Day! There was seemingly no problem as the order was delivered promptly the next day (Valentine's Day) and the arrangements were absolutely perfect!! My mother-in-law said the man that delivered to her could not have been any nicer.JOB WELL DONE!! I will be using them again and I will not (try) wait until the day before!!

I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered to her work. The flowers were beautiful and they delivered them perfectly on time, but they spelled words on the card wrong. I think if this is a professional business they would at least spellcheck if they didn’t know how to spell basic words. Like “mine and brighten”.
