Took way way to long to make a small blizzard. I went to the bathroom and it took another few minutes after that to get the blizzard. Meanwhile the lobby had people waiting to be addressed by somebody! It was just to long of a wait. But I will say when I did finally see the little young lady she was at least moving kind of fast trying. Kudos to her for at least wanting to work and trying. So I didn't complain or bother her for the long wait.

Stopped by and went through the drive thru around 8:30 pm on a Saturday night. The window was gross, the cashier never spoke to me, my fries were undercooked and the ice cream sundae was melted before it made it out of the window. I sat patiently for my drink after I was handed my food and it was obvious it was forgotten. No apologies and no real concern for customers or appearance. There is no pride in service. It looks like the management that actually cares needs to work some weekend nights. I don’t know if Mark still owns it, but it’s not the same DQ it used to be. I have gotten much better service at McDonalds and that’s saying a lot.

Strawberry Sundae had enough ice cream for a 2 yr old. Burger tasted like it was sitting in water. Fries hot but cooked hard as a rock!! I recommend drive a little farther and go to Franklin location

Go here and order THE SAME THING, this is the 4th visit and it’s never the same. My husband and I get literally the same thing. Last time I paid $10, today I paid $15. They wanna charge for “add ins” but really it is subbing out things that area come in a blizzard. For instance a heath brownie cup, cheesecake pieces instead of heath. It’s not the first time that the price is inconsistent and it is really annoying. As well as they don’t fill the cup up, today I got a cup half filled with ice cream.

I went there on 11/29/22 at 7:18pm the young lady at the window who name I believe was ALYSSIA was not customer friendly at all. There was a customer in front of us who had a dog which she was all out the window touching and letting the dog eat ice cream. Which held us up from getting our food. When I got to the window I asked her did she wash her hands or change her gloves which I never saw her do. But after I questioned her she was not friendly at all. Have to do better than that.

Use to love going to DQ. We went here for a quick bite to eat while travelingWent thru the drive thru. Took a bit, but that was okThe food was Luke warm. The fries were good, but would have been better if hot. The cost for ,2 hotdogs and fries was a bit much. No drinks. It cost us almost $20.00. Will not be returning there.

Fast and friendly service for our party of 10! I was so impressed by the helpful, professional nature of this staff. They took our order quickly and prepared it quickly--even with 7 blizzards! They even helped carry it to our vehicle. We were in and out in record time with a delicious lunch. Thanks, DQ!

It's like most Dairy Queen locations. Service is polite. The soft ice cream is consistent and as good as most. Some days, you get a cashier who wants to be somewhere else. Other days, you get someone who makes that less obvious. It's in a convenient location if you're headed east.

Ok so me & my family are from NY, & whenever we head south we always look forward to that southern hospitality.... this place oozes with it. Everyone was very polite, the order taker took great care of us & when my family decided to eat in instead of to go, the shift leader offered to unload our food out of the bag for us!!! KUDOS!!!

Stop here occasionally traveling back and forth from Norfolk to Emporia. The quality is good and consistent. Fish sandwich meals were very good. Ice cream was a little soft and flavor a little weak on the Dreamsickle Cone, perhaps a learning curve on this new menu item.Happy to see popcorn shrimp are back, but we ready for a burger. Chose the Bacon Two Cheeseburger combos, one with onion rings. Very good.

Dairy Queen has truly stepped their lunch game up. I got this Burger called the flame thrower.... Instant Yum. And the blizzard I got was delicious. I couldn't finish either and I got a small. Every time I pass this one I stop. I wish there was one closer to me.

I prefer this DQ over the one in Franklin and Windsor. It is always clean and the staff are great. They are eager to help in anyway possible.

I used to always get chicken strips but they put way too much sauce on it. Grilled chicken sandwich was my favorite but it was rubbery. So I got a burger the last time... Awesome! The onion rings are the best!

Went to this place after a good hunt with my club. We ordered, got our food, enjoyed some sandwiches and went about business. However, we ate but the bathroom needed to be cleaned. Its not deserted so they get alot of customers. Gotta do better than that. A quick stop but pray over your food.

I love DQ they always have good food. My husband and I got the one third quarter pounder cheeseburger deal from here and the burgers were so delicious. Even my husband said it tasted like something he would grill at home that was how good it was. DQ has never let me down no matter what location it is. Thank you dairy Queen!

Server was very rude when we had to ask her to repeat herself several times. When we asked if we could have a cherry on top she jumped down my husbands throat and we heard her ask her coworker to get the money from us "cuz I am gonna lose it."

Menu item funnel cake changed size but dairt queen failed to tell public. When we ordered, they charged same price as original funnel cake but new size was smaller than half my hand. The staff was rude when asked about size. Also the blizzard cups were only 3/4 full and runny not thick. Overall this place was terrible. I recommend Steak and Shake as an ice cream alternative or Sonic.

Has been a tradition since i was a little girl to stop at this location enroute from NC to VA and they never disappoint. Cashier was friendly, the food was hot and my blizzard had lots of cookie dough!
