Please work on finding people to work there that can actually cook!! The food has become absolutely disgusting. Used to love coming here for food and it just went downhill fast. The last two chicken sandwiches I got were like chewing on a piece of concrete.

I was so surprised and happy to see a Sheetz on the corner of 460 and 24 in Concord. This looks like it is brand new and is a great location with nice facilities, a drive through and self service kiosks inside. I scored gas for $2.99!?!? when the going price was $3.41 elsewhere. I did have to wait for a pump but it wasn't a long wait. Thanks Sheetz! Glad to have you at this location.

Love the people who work there. Even on Christmas day we felt welcome and the free Coffee was much appreciated. We travel in the area biweekly and always stop by at least twice when in Concord. Thank-you crew members! ❤

Sheetz is great. Dislocation has a drive-thru that you can order food and pick up quickly and other items can be sold through the drive-through also at the window. They have food inside and tables to sit at they sell alcohol, tobacco products. They also sell slurpees and other drinks similar to that. Nice clean restrooms. They have a little of everything.

This sheetz it’s ok. People working aren’t always the nicest. We stop here every time we go to Virginia Tech as it’s the halfway point for us. The food is ok. I ordered a bean and rice burrito one time and the rice was hard and cold I mentioned it to the staff and they could care less. I was starving so I just took all the insides out and ate the tortilla. Won’t be getting food there again. The to go fruit looks sketchy like it’s been there for many days. But place is fairly clean and a good stop to use the bathroom or get drinks/snacks if needed.

Overall, good place! However! The music at the pumps is SO LOUD I had to practically yell at my mom who was just on the other side of the car! I attempted to tell this to an employee multiple times and nothing…so a review it is!I’m all for a good time, but I’m also aware of auditory sensitive persons who come into public places! Just turn it the heck down!!!

I have enjoyed frequenting this Sheetz! The staff is very friendly and Justine smiles and greets me whenever she is working. She adds a truly personal touch! It’s rare for an establishment such as this to really have that friendly vibe with how busy they are but this is a well run business. I stop in daily for a coffee and am truly impressed.

I love Sheetz. It has been my go to forever. I am glad they put a location here in Concord. Being a Sheetz enthusiast I had high hopes. Unfortunately over the past week literally every food and drink order was messed up. I have ordered the same simple sandwich 5 times. I think they should have spent more time training people it seems as though most of them do not have any leadership.Update: 1 year later this location has become my favorite location with friendly staff and they seem to have worked all the kinks out and have a good consistent team no matter what time you visit.

Stopped to get the 88 gas (11/21/2023). For the 2nd time, in 2 weeks, the nozzle was DRIPPING GASOLINE as I pumped it into my car. Last week when it first happened, I went inside & reported it. Apparently, it's not important enough to FIX.

THERES NEVER ANY RECEIPT PAPER AT THE PUMPS! NEVER! Have to go inside to get a receipt. Weird music at the pumps is always playing so loud that you can't even hear yourself think. Food orders are prepared wrong 50% of the time. Hardly any problems at other locations. Only this one.

The new Sheetz in Concord is awesome but as with any new location there are growing pains. If you go to a new business location and expect perfection you have lost your mind. People need to take into consideration that most all of the employees are new and with that there is a learning curve. If you don’t want to be part of that learning curve go to an established location. 🤔 Keep up the good work Concord!! You guys rock! I see how busy you all are and know it can’t be easy! Hang in there! We are glad you are here!!!!!

I went here last weekend and I will not be going back, I got in drive thru at 12:10 and did not receive my food until 1:02, there was only 2 cars in front of me. The food was hard and cold when I got it, it was not worth it and I don’t recommend going to this Sheetz!!

I have tried this location in Concord 3 times and unfortunately everytime it has left us disappointed. First I'd like to address the wait for the food is ridiculous. Even if the store is not busy you have to wait 45 minutes to a hour for food in the store if you go through drive thru it's even worse. If it's busy then you should just leave because they forget about you. I don't think they have a system for the drive thru customers and they are the last priority. Some employees are horrendous and have absolutely no personality they act like a robot. ( Referring to the young woman that worked 11/11 around 5PM and on another visit it was a young man in the store that works the cash register up front) Now to the actual food and drinks, I'm unsure whose making the speciality drinks but they taste awful, I thought it might have been just the flavor we ordered but it's not, they don't taste like the other Sheetz in the area and could probably use another training session on how to make them. Sheetz was an absolute must for this area as there is nothing to eat for miles but I think I'll just stay in for a late night snack or drive elsewhere during other restaurants business hours to have tasty food and wonderful customer service. Sheetz please step it up at this location and listen to your customers.

Sheetz is great for the community but don’t expect decent service from the drive thru window. The people doing the food don’t even acknowledge the drive thru when the inside is busy. After sitting at the window for over 20 minutes I finally drove around and went inside to find out what was going on and the guy at the counter said ‘oh I put your food over there’ and pointed at the online order rack.

Yet again Sheetz misses the mark for customer service. After my wife walked the 4 mile round trip to get us lunch we discovered my sandwich had no toppings or condiments just meat and cheese after listening to the phone ring unanswered for 15 minutes I walked back up to sheetz I'm on crutches due to a muscle tear so not fun. The manager on duty was very rude and cut me off while speaking to tell me she wasn't working when the sandwich was made .Then asked me "what do you expect me to do about it?" I said I wanted her to remake the sandwich with the ingredients I paid for,she huffed and rolled her eyes and walked away. Every time I'm in this store I am disrespected by an employee every time I order food something is either missing or made wrong or both. Sheetz corporate is doing nothing to fix it or even apologize for it tried the corporate number on hold for 20 minutes. Just sad

Slowest prepaid gas pump.Edit: pump 9 at around 7am this morning for 32 dollars cash. Took 15+ mins to pump around 9.5 gallons of gas (trickle speed the whole time).Edit 3/10/23: the issue appears to be fixed. Review updated.

So let me start by say I love sheetz, I've been eating their food and buying their gas since I started driving... but this particular sheetz is the worst I have ever been to.The food is left sitting till is gets cold before they even call your number, you'll spend 30-40 minutes in the drive through because none of the staff pays any attention to the windows, and finally the staff themselves seem to hate their job and the environment they are in. Sheetz I had such high hopes for a new location opening up in Concord, though I hate to say this store leaves me disappointed and bitter.

People are always parked as the gas pumps not fueling up for ages. Their card readers at the pump barely function and if you go to pay inside there are no employees available. The food is good but as a gas station its terrible and anywhere else is a bettwr choice

Went to the super cool in and out drive thru- only ordered 2 things one was a vanilla cappuccino waited over 10 minutes and got a black coffee 🤨 Better to just go inside
