I was very pleased to see there large section of freezer items. I haven't seen this at other Dollar General. The isles were clear of stuff and easy to get up and down. The store was clean in general. I love the fact you don't need to ask for a key to go to the bathrooms. It was a pretty fast check out. Will go back again.

Great employees and carrys a lot of stuff. Large freezer food section since remodeling. Has stuff you wouldn't expect from a store that size. My wife is there every day almost. We live in Concord VA so it very convenient

I love Ms. Kim! Well both Kims & their new staff are all extremely helpful. I really appreciate all their help. I'm now use to the change of the remodel & absolutely love the $1 isle. This is my favorite Dollar General. I sleep in my car until they open just so I don't have to go to a different unorganized location. The Concord Va Highway 460 is the best of the best.

Staff are the rudest people I've ever met. The manager thinks she owns the store. Seen workers get rude with customers for asking for cocktail sauce of all things. Store looks like a cyclone has hit it. The lines take forever to get through because the clerks are too busy carrying on conversations. Half the time there's not even a clerk to be found to check people out. Save yourself the hastle and just drive to Walmart.

Dollar General is a good store to save money in. Has a lot of school supplies, foods and frozen foods, bathroom and kitchen items, drinks, automotive things, lots of cleaning supplies, birthday cards, air fresheners, cell phones, baby items, toys, headphones, first aid isle, cold and flu meds, shampoos, hair brushes, a few clothes and more. The prices are right and they have coupons too. Ample parking.

Friendly staff and Manger is only a asset to the Company above and beyond her duties as a Manger she is exceptional friendly person that goes the extra steps to make her customers feel good about shopping there and the two young men in the evening hours are so helpful great store

Clean atmosphere. the a AltaVista location has problem with the first Amendment some people I've spoke to say that they can't express them selves in this location and heard a sales cleark's takes things out the back of the store her family member was also arrested for burning down his own garage several years ago for arson and insurance fraud this has resulted in the decline of sales at this location.

Can't find a cashier when ready to check out, almost all the time have to stand and weight for a cashier, that's poor service at this store,if you have to go to work you will be late if you stop at this store you might as well go to Walmart, at least they have self checkout.
