Not the country store it use to be several years ago !!!! USE TO BE Nice people , delicious deli....Since new owners Always have employees sitting or standing at door smoking , rude lady that works inside . I don't stop now unless I need gas IF it's cheaper

Have you ever though; man I'd love it if there were a store that I could get the materials the plumb my home, wire it up, get cooking utensils, a snow shovel, AND a banging sandwich?Well look no further folks, part hardware store, part Boar's Head deli. Great food.And the lady usually working the counter is so brutally honest she's almost mean, it's amazing.

I love the deli at Carson's Store in Concord. The sandwiches are delicious. The chefs salad is wonderful. My family loves the banana pudding. The people working there are always so nice. I always feel welcome when I go in there.

Good variety of items. Groceries, hardware supply. Staff are somewhat friendly. Lighting inside is terrible. Prices are what you would expect from convenience store. Gas prices are a bit lower than other stations nearby.

This little country store has really changed since it's under new ownership. The former owners brought new life to it and it was awesome. Everything there has changed and it's cleanliness has gone downhill. The new owners never smile, or say hello Sad..sad...sad

Great little one-stop-shop! Pet feed, deli (open morning until afternoon), hardware and mini grocery... Everything is packed in there and whereas there are multiple floor levels, it's not wheelchair inaccessible. Great hometown type store!

One of those surprising small town stores. Here you can buy your farm and garden supplies, and get a great hot dog for lunch as well as a terrific steak to grill for dinner. Produce and spring plants, Boar's Head cold cuts and that box of screws you needed, all in one convenient and friendly market.

They have hardware in a mini market with food. Check here before running way over to the market or big box stores. Very friendly.

Great deli. They have a little of everything in there. High prices on everyday items- gas station prices. Good prices on food & farm supplies. Highly recommend the deli. Friendly cashiers.

This is a well run store. They have a great variety of hardware items that saves me going all the way into Lowes. They also stock plenty of ag items like feed and hay. They serve a great take out menu too.

Good place to get lawn garden plumbing outdoor apparel and excellent Delicatessen cold sodas tea fruit drinks from famous brands of soft drink Maker's and hot dogs to. You'll love the Rubin sandwich.

I go here often, but on Christmas eve we had a plumbing leak. I went to Carson's and the knowledgeable staff helped me find the right piece to fit my outdated plumbing. It was fixed in a matter on minutes once I got back. Carson's literally saved Christmas for me and my family. Great food as well and reasonable prices. THANK YOU CARSON'S!!!!!!!!!!

This place has gone downhill for some reason, whether its the new owners or something else. No one seems happy to be working there anymore. With the exception of a couple employees, most of them are not friendly anymore and seem like you are inconveniencing them. Sad because it used to be a great place to go for whatever you needed.

Great little family owned home town store. Has just as much stuff at Lowes or Home Depot, without the drive! Some stuff may be more expensive, but some is actually cheaper! Also, the workers are always willing to help solve a problem, or find a coworker that may know how to fix it! Also has a deli and even has Rocks/Etc. Save the trip to the big city(Lynchburg isn't really a big city),and stop by Carson's.

Carson's is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful. This store is essential for all your needs. They have it all hardware, deli sandwhiches (try the rajin cajin with bacon) and lawn and garden needs.

Stopped in for a bite to eat,...ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and mayo.....MANNN!!!, it was delicious 😋, everything on it was fresh. a definite stop in again when I'm down that way 👍💯

New owners are terrible staff refuses to even ring you up. Literally arguing over who has to ring me up. It's on a downhill slope missing previous owners. Store not stocked properly price gauging. RUDE

The food quality has dropped considerably and I saw a thing of relish for sale that must have been sitting there for a long long time.
