That Pet Spot is absolutely amazing, me and my girl (Chevy) had an amazing experience. It was her first time and they were so great with her and she loved it. She also looked and smells so great! 10/10 recommend that pet spot, and already have told friends and family to go if they’re looking for a new dog spa! 💜💜💜

I should preface this with saying The owner Sam and her mother have always done a great job with my dogs and that's why I've brought my two dogs here for the past year. However, Sam has opened up a second location and so that's more so where she is I believe.The new staff (or at least the two girls that I dealt with at my last visit on 8/29) were incredibly rude, unfriendly, condescending and didn't listen to anything I said in regards to how I'd like my dogs to be cut. Whoever made this appointment for me not only misspelled my dog s name but also failed to write down that it was two dogs coming for the appt. So I show up to rolled eyes and scowls from the two women at the counter because they believe I've just showed up with an extra dog without letting them know and then I was grilled for the first few minutes about who Roxy was (my dogs name is Moxie) because, again, they misspelled her name even though it was written down on the same card from previous visits....I asked that my dogs be cut shorter like a doodle cut, but knew that my dog Winnie's tail might not be able to be saved since it was matted and that Moxie's ears could be shortened and evened out but left fluffy.... both dogs had been regularly brushed and we're not matted on their bodies or heads and Moxie's tail wasn't matted.When I arrive back for pick up 6 hours later, I walk in and stand at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged in any way. Eventually one of the women from earlier let me know the groomer will be right out. Once the groomer comes out front, she makes no eye contact with me and very bluntly tells me the price and that there's an extra fee for using card (which I already knew). I asked how they did and with an attitude let's me know that Winnie was covered in fleas (both my dogs had fleas collars on which last for 8 months and they'd only been wearing them for 3 months) so I told her that made no sense considering neither of them had shown signs that they had fleas and they had collars on. After going back and forth about that for a minute she goes to get my dogs both which have been shaved down to as low as you can go before it's bare skin. I was in shock and quickly left. My dogs were visibly stressed and Moxie's skin was irritated and red in several areas from what looks like her being cut too close with hot blades!! I will never come back here again and neither is my mom who has been a long time client since before they had an official shop. It's sad because we really like Sam and her mom but this last visit with the new staff was unacceptable.

LOVE this place. Called in because Petco lied and said my malshi tried to bite a groomer and they got my malshi in and cut his hair, did a full service, took their time with him and did such a good job we will be returning!! They also let me know that my pup is just hyper, never tried to bite anyone. And he looks so happy after!

This is BY FAR THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN. Everyone is so extremely nice and my fur baby TRULY looks better than he has ever looked! I could NOT be more thankful that I found this place. I recommend one million percent!

Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable in their craft, and super accommodating. I ran behind by 15 minutes due to traffic and they still squeezed me in. Got my puppy back and he looked (and smelled) like a million bucks! From what I've witnessed, they handled my mom's terror of a Yorkie like it was child's play when all other groomers turned her away for being too wild to handle. They also juggled my nervous Chihuahua mix just fine on his visit too, which honestly surprised me. I'm absolutely sold on their service from this point forward. Petco and PetSmart are okay, but sometimes you just need to go to standalone businesses that specialize in the art of grooming, especially for certain breeds or temperaments.

After our fur baby comet was turned away from pets smart and pet co because of not wanting his nails trimmed , we were at the end of options as far as grooming for him. Me and my wife are not comfortable cutting his nails due to the fact we don’t want to hit a quick. Mind you , he’s a 54 pound 5 month old German shepherd mix . He’s a big boy and a lot of people are intimidated by him but he’s a big teddy bear.. The pet spot was very patient with him cause he is use to only being handled by me and my wife. They were able to cut his nails with a little fight but I can tell that they definitely took some time out of their busy day to work with him.. they also sent him home with a bandanna that he’s very proud of.. if it falls off he either barks or whines until we put it back on then he struts off as if he’s on the runway.. sooooo cute..I would definitely recommend this amazing place to anyone in our situation as we have tried to do everything we could to make him comfortable with getting his nails trimmed and nothing has worked.. so thankful we found this place and will continue to use them and their prices are very reasonable given , I would have charged way more for my difficult pup..he smells great!!
