The return that I needed to make was very quick and easy after the representative dealt with a difficult customer before me. He was very matter of fact but got the return done efficiently. The Target store is always clean and brightly lit.

Clean and well organized but consistently they have only self checkout open which I'm not willing to use so I just don't buy the stuff in my cart. I'm not going to use self checkout and then have to go find an employee to remove the anti theft tags from my clothes. They need at least a couple of lanes open with actual people.

I do not shop at the big box store competitor so Target is my go to store. The only complaint I have is there is typically 1 register open and the very slowest employee they have is typically the cashier. I do not get paid to check myself out - I do not work for target therefore I do not. The majority of employees are kind and helpful but there’s always those few thst are just nasty. Over all I prefer shopping at target for my household necessities

My dog and I appreciate the Blue Buffalo canned dog food that was on sale..2 for $6.. I’ve never seen the price that low. Keep the Favorite Day Bakery items coming. We love the old-fashioned cake donuts!

Clean store but long lines. But as expected since it's the holidays. I came in to look at heated blankets and was sold out so that was a bummer

This is our favorite target around here. We will spend more at target to not go to Walmart. I'm going to find a way to give props to DJ because he hands down is our favorite customer service guy. You're the best man. Keep it up !!

Sarah in the pharmacy, inside Target, was exceptional on working hard to help me solve my issue - especially since I was out of town, and she went out of her way in communication and effort! Way to go! The entire store team was super friendly, the store was clean, well stocked and had a very nice cashier working. I would go out of my way to shop at this location - especially if I needed a pharmacy!

Clean store. Lot's of selections. A little to pricey due to high taxes in Colonial Heights compared to other Targets in the area. Parking lot is spacious but traffic sucks in that area and it is difficult leaving the parking lot depending on which way you go.

Voll was absolutely amazing!!!! He took the time assist me with verifying my student status to ensure I received my discount on a large order!!! Harley was amazing as well in assisting and finalizing my purchase with the security locks. Overall a great experience.....I am one happy customer!!!

This place was trashed as soon as I walked in and it’s obvious they’re very understaffed.The person manning the service desk was also watching the self checkouts and there was only the one person for all of that in a busy store.It took 15 minutes to get help with the exchange I needed to make and I was only third in line at the service desk. The woman kept having to help the checkouts though.There were 2 regular checkouts open but they were really backed up forcing people with full carts to the self checkout but they kept having problems.I went and got my item to exchange as instructed and then had to wait 15 minutes again just to be given a bag and told I was good.This place is the worst target I’ve been in probably ever.

This Target was great. However, there were only two cashiers working out of ten registers, which slowed checkout time. The associate at the return counter rang up customers as well. Shopping experience was great though.

Carts everywhere out front and in store, trash overflowing,line going down the front isle . You go to target because you don't want to be depressed by Walmart and this day was unsuccessful.

I think that they need to have a larger plus size clothing area for women and men. Love their hygiene selection. Would continue to go for certain items.

This target is way smaller then I am use to. There is also no coffee place which sucks. The front area is overwhelming and confusing. There is always racks everywhere and they are always out of stock. I have to order like 90% online. I wish I could buy in store rather than online. I also don't feel safe walking around with my daughter aline in the parking lot.

This particular Target does not have the full amenities of one and is quite smaller than the other ones nearby. There is no Starbucks nor food area; there used to be a food area many years ago, but it was closed down to make more room for online order preparation. It is also really small and limited on products, so you may need to go to Walmart across the street or another Target to find what you want.However, it is the closest one to me, so I come in here whenever I want to buy a gift for someone or shop for clothes/groceries/hygiene products. It is a not a bad place to shop at, but I wish it had the Starbucks products in it. The absence of these products make the store bland.It is also another store that I recommend coming to early in the morning, or else you'll be stuck in long lines.

Great selection and for the most part, the staff are friendly, (with the exception of one of the front desk customer service employees). I spend a great amount of time in this store and have since the day they opened up. After all of these years, I have no other complaints besides the 1 employee.Most all of the employees are always making sure that I find what I am looking for and eager to please. The store is always kept clean and organized. I have been in the store with my children during an earthquake, as well as when power went out and the store became dark. On both occasions, the store employees kept everyone calm and lead us to safer areas. They are all very professional.The pharmacy staff treat their customers like family. Always the kindest folks and always smiling. I always look forward to seeing them when I pick up medications.

I ordered my grandsons b-day presents yesterday and was supposed to pick them up in the store today. They gave me the option to change my pickup to drive up today at the last minute. I txtd them when I was 5 minutes away and told them that I was on my way. I pulled into a spot, txtd them again to let them know that I was there and less than 5 minutes the young man had put it in my car! I love Target! They always make everything so easy for you. The stores always clean and the employees are always helpful

I am a Target fan, store is clean, service is great. Nothing beats Target service, no matter our belief, because we are a nation of many, with many different beliefs and practices. So Targey like many stands for theirs and it doesn't effect their service do why should it effect us who believe in shopping with an establishment that knows how to treat their customers with excellent service.

Total mismanaged..This management decided the staff would not do curbside on Chritmas Eve due to the temperature.Ok, I get it, but the huge problem is, they didnt put a sign out or anything and letting customers sit in the curbside spaces and it front of the store unaware for 30+ minutes. Midlothian Richmond provided curbside today, delivered as promised but Colonial Heights has no regards for their own process, their customers and not even smart enough to think their change of process through. Management failure.

Had a very unpleasant experience with an employee stocking the shelves. If they are going to have an attitude maybe they should stock before the store opens or overnight. No reason to go off on people for looking at product that they are stocking.
