I'm honestly not sure who I talked to over the phone but she was very helpful! I have two new cats I'm trying to introduce to my resident cat and her advice helped ease some of my anxiety. I thought it wouldn't be okay to call for general questions but I learned a lot and will try the suggestions :) thank you!! 💚

They have been very kind to us about mailing discount certificates for a percentage off towards spay/neuter surgeries to our local vet when we have adopted pets over the years. The staff has always been friendly on the phone and more than glad to offer assistance. Their office hours are short so you do have to call in the morning before noon, But I have had nothing but positive experiences with this organization.

Very compassionate. In dire need for our Wesson to be seen by vet. SPCA was there to help with cost. Just wish the veterinarans were just as compassionate and understanding, with clients with little means to pay due to issues that are not controlled by pet parents.
