It was a little while ago but I will never bring my dog back here. They had my dog for over 4 hours and then finally cut her hair right before closing. It looked terrible she wasn't fully cut her toe nails didn't get trimmed and they cut a band across her nose that looked terrible. Took them days to get her back in to finish the hair cut. This place definitely shouldn't have 5 stars. I will be taking her to a local groomer from now on. No more big business stores for my baby.

When I called to book an appointment over the phone I asked if they had all of my dogs records And they said yes when I went in for the initial appointment They told me that I was missing rabies for one of my dogs Both of my dogs got their rabies done at the same time And we take them to the groomers at the same time Therefore both of their rabies should have been put into the system At the same timeBut also there was a lack of communication because they had no idea that we would receive A discount due to Them having to rebook us Prior to Not having our dogs RecordsWas very grateful for the manager for sorting everything out But all of this could have been avoided

Sara .S is a wonderful person and groomer!!! The grooming manager on the other hand needs some people skills and to review the employee hand book ASAP. I don’t know her name but she is a short stocky person with an awful attitude!!!!!! Sara would make a much better manager!!!!!

they were prompt and clear about what they were going to do very friendly and William came out acting like he had already knew them he was clean smelled good and happy so I will return
