Carrie was absolutely amazing this morning! The line was beginning to get long and she made a point to walk over to me (I was next in line and had been waiting for a while) and tell me she could assist me, instead of simply yelling she's open on 2, and letting those who just got in line cut ahead. This level of customer service is top tier as it has been years since I've been in a retail establishment and a team member do what Carrie did!! Kudos petsmart, you're lucky to have her on your team!!!!

I purchased this product on my way home today Mar 8, 2024. Merrick Freeze-Dried Raw Kibble. Best Before Feb 2024. Of course I can't return it because I opened it so I wasted $50.00. Someone should check dates. Dog food safety is just as important as human food safety.

The staff is always friendly the manger is visible and working on the sales floor. Every team member is engaging and involved. I always find what I'm looking for and more.I've been shopping at this store for my fur baby needs consistently since I retired 4 years ago. One stop shopping medical, grooming and other necessities all in one place. Keep up the good work.

The lady who works in the fish section is extremely nice and respectful. The heavy set, grey haired male who works at the register seems like he has no interest in being there. He was very rude as well as monotone towards me. I forgot to grab a tube for my air pump and asked him can I quickly grab it he told me”You need to be quick”. Very rude man, even the one other customer that was in line told me that it was okay and that I am doing what I need to do to keep my fish healthy. I think he may need a job stocking in the back and not being a face of the store.

Very inviting and clean. So many products to choose from for every type of pet. The prices are way higher than I was expecting since you can get some of the same items for much cheaper from Amazon. The only thing that is keeping them from 5 stars is they only had one checkout open and we had to wait 10 mins while the lady in front of us did a return and we had to wait for a manager. There was other staff just kind of hanging around while there was a small line.

Rude employee's, if you have a slight inconvenient thing for them to do, instead of calmly telling you the process and showing you. They'll blow up on you and not help.

Groomer Jasmine has the worst customer service! Very rude and ugly attitude. She completely inconvenienced us and wasted our time and gas just for her to not take our dog in when we got there and had the nerve to get loud with us.

The store is very clean and well kept, I have bought everything from fish, mammals, and insects from this place. I could not be happier with the selection of products and aquarium offerings. It’s also fun to take the kids there to see their reaction to the different animals. The staff interactions are normally very brief, but extremely professional. All in all, I enjoy trips to this store.

I have a hard time finding my cats food (Purina pro plan live clear adult) and have been ordering it from Amazon. This store appears to have all the Purina pro plan foods in stock at a competitive price. The staff was very helpful during checkout. I recommend this PetSmart.

I'm giving 2 stars because I really like the store and some staff. However, I took my Jeni here for her first grooming. Over the phone I was told her cut and trim package was $20. In store, they took her for 3 hours. When I came back I was charged $33 PLUS and additional $15 for something that was supposed to be included. After addressing my concerns I was given a 7 dollar discount. Once I paid I took Jeni and went home (was in a rush). I finally looked at my pup and her face was dirty and her cut was awful. I called the groomers and SALLY said KRISTIN (Jeni's groomer) was on break and she'd give me a call back so she can fix it. Well, it's 10pm at night ( 8 hrs later) and I never received a call. I canceled my appt for my husky. I will not be taking g anymore of my pets their and I still expect for my baby's cut to be fix and a refund. The money isn't the issue it's more so the principle.

Took my puppy in to be groomed, which included a puppy TRIM. Her face was not cleaned well or trimmed and Erika butchered her hair.I knew something was not right and once I took a picture of her, it was obvious that the top of her hair was butchered, along with the hair on her ears. It also seems like the hair on her body is uneven in certain areas. Not to mention, I have done a better job at cleaning my puppy's face then Erika did.When I called PetSmart to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the grooming/cut, Lauren tried to argue with me about what a puppy TRIM entails. I was looking at my puppy's jacked up hair CUT so I did not need Lauren to tell me what it was supposed to be. It is obvious that Erika does not know how to TRIM a puppy let alone groom one.I showed before and after pictures to the sales manager, Sara, who acknowledged that "that particular cut does not look good on that puppy". She was trying to find a nice way to say that it was ugly. She even said that she was present when Erika was cutting my puppy. Thus, that makes 2 people who do not have a clue of what a puppy TRIM should look like.Sara only offered an apology and to fix what Erika screwed up. I know that you will fix it for no additional charge since I already paid for the TRIM to be done right the first time! To only offer an apology and a do over is not enough as if I do not have anything better to do but bring my puppy back for something that should have been done right the first time.By the way, I only agreed to allow the groomer to trim her snout since it was obvious that Erika did not even do that correctly, if she even attempted at all. I was not impressed with that either; I had to point out to Felicia that one side was much longer than the other. Even that simple job was not done properly.Sara should have offered more for the screw up and the inconvenience. Now, I have to look at this hideous haircut until my puppy's hair grows back in.This store not only has terrible groomers, but terrible customer service and I will not be bringing my puppy back to Petsmart. Owners beware, if you do decide to bring your puppy here for a trim. ☹Please like if you say if you found this review to be helpful.

We went to get a new heating bulb for our leopard gecko. The young guy there was telling me I needed a UV bulb for her cage. Which she had a smaller one but he insisted we get the larger one. Now our Gecko has 3rd degree burns all down her back and our vet said she is very lethargic and there isn't much we can do for her besides put the medicine on her back to heal the burns. I am pissed. These young kids that work there are not properly trained on these animals. Now I have to hope she comes out of this, otherwise she will die. I will NEVER go back to Pet Smart again. When we called and spoke to the manager even he wasn't properly trained on answering the questions I was asking. It's sad. We will most likely have her euthanized so she doesn't have to suffer. Pet Smart should be ashamed of themselves

Went to get my son a fish. Not sure what we would need. A very knowledgeable employee asked lots of questions and then helped us pick the right kind of fish. She steered us toward a nice, reasonably priced tank that was on sale. We got a beta fish, a snail, beta food, live plants and a decor piece with cave for the beta to hide. While I was going over all these things with her there was another super cool employee entertaining my son with all the tanks if fish.They were well stocked. The store was clean. We had a great shopping experience.

Loved this stores and staff members for so long. Was truly disappointed, been waiting on an advanced obedience class for over 6 months. Trainer did not let us know class was postponed after confirming us in the class. I have also never gotten anyone to answer the phone there. So truly disappointed, I guess I should be thankful I got a refund. I live over a hour almost 1.5 hours from the store. I will not be back at this location. I guess frustration is a good way to describe my thoughts. I hope others have a better experience.

Always a wonderful experience when we go in. Always find what we need, staff is always super helpful and nice. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 ⭐️ is because corporate should really consider implementing a discount for military and veterans, especially being near a base. Otherwise, I will continue to purchase all of my furbabies supplies from this location.

Love this Petsmart! I’ve been here a number of times and have never had any difficulty or issues. They are very pet friendly, and I have brought in my little Yorkie riding around with me in the cart. All I have to do is give my phone number to get points and almost every single time I have been able to redeem a $5 coupon at the register. They make the process easy and efficient. I will definitely continue to shop there.
