New location at 1955 Southpark Blvd. service is still poor, 20 minutes for a salad is unacceptable. The dining room is much smaller, no booths, and tables are close together ( no privacy). Food is good as always but simply not worth the wait!

I have not been to this location since August. Why? Previously, when I was here, it took forever to get 1 croissant. Also, this place was my wife's go-to place for her croissants. She said the last one was doughy, not flakey, and did not taste like the croissants we got here previously. She was right. I did not go back. Panera gave me a $3 credit, and I decided to give this location one more chance. Did things change. No. I ordered 1 blueberry muffin on the kiosk at 10:48. Sat down. There were only 2 orders on the screen. A person ahead of me and mine. 1 minute later, the other person's order was ready. A couple minutes go by. My order, nothing. Then orders start falling under mine, one after another. Now 6 orders on the screen. More time passes. Still mine, nothing. I was about to go to the man up front and ask if he could just put the muffin 5 feet away from him in a bag and give it to me. Finally, 10:56, 8 minutes later... I get my 1 blueberry muffin. 8 minutes for someone to walk 20 feet, put a muffin and napkin in a bag, attach receipt to bag, and call my name. Napkins...none available at counter and completely out at coffee station. Got home.I'm disappointed again. The taste of this pastry was substandard. Until something changes at this location. I will not be returning or recommending this location.*UPDATE* Within 30 minutes of me posting this and giving feedback online that was sent to my email account, the manager of this location called me. I told her my past/recent experience(s) with this location, and she assured me that she would look into my observations and concerns for this location.

Panera employees are typically nice, but this location goes above and beyond! I spent the day working remote while road tripping with my husband and the staff were so kind. We had breakfast and lunch here, and both orders were fantastic and completed in a timely manner. I was blown away that they knew so many regulars' names, and they are beyond dedicated to having a clean environment. They even delivered food to tables for guests. They also gave us free cookies, which was a really nice pick me up. At their busiest they masterfully handled the breakfast/lunch rush without seemingly breaking a sweat.I know we probably stayed in their hair longer than what they'd have preferred, but we tried to stay out of everyone's way. They were so nice about us working there and there were others who set up shop for a while as well. Don't worry though, there were plenty of tables to go around for other guests!Would 100% recommend this Panera for anyone looking for a delicious, healthy meal or snack!

I came here for lunch one day and the Cashier was just so nice and respectful to me and we had a really good conversation; it was just great! The food came out relatively quick and it tasted amazing! The place was also very neat, though I did enjoy my food outside to hear the birds. Overall my experience here was fantastic!Vegetarian options: Even thought I’m not a vegan, there are multiple options for people who are, which is wonderful!

I love Panera Bread, but it's so expensive! The food is delicious and well portioned. The service..... there is no service. You don't even talk to the employees. You order your food through the kiosks and they call your name when it's ready 😂 this location's seating area was a bit neglected. The floors needed to be swept and a few tables needed to be cleaned. But it wasn't too bad. I do recommend this restaurant even with these few issues. Enjoy!Vegetarian options: Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich

Horrible service, Managers self entitled attitudes. Food had mushy sandwiches, cold soup, and missing items on a $55 meal. Atmosphere reminded me of McDonalds. You can't dress up a clown and think your going to be better than one. Never will I ever step foot in this place! I do plan on making every attempt to publicize the treatment I received at this new Panera on Southpark blvd. You should be mindful of how you treat the people who can bring or lose you business.

Everytime I go to this location I have an issue. I went there this morning and I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel. There was nothing on top of it. The manager said there oven was broke so they had to bake then at another location. I don't know what that had to do with the way they looked. She offered to give me my money back but that wasn't going to fix my problem. I was in in there a couple days earlier and it took them 20 minutes to get me 1 bagel. The time before that the young lady couldn't find my sip club and she just gave me my bagels that wasn't sliced or toasted the way I ordered them. I love panera but not this location. The service here is horrible I will never return here again.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED !! Went with family and we were greeted and ordered about $78 worth food and the cashier gave us a discount and put us at about $61!!!!!! She smiled and helped us through our ordering and was just amazing ! Even helped us throw our trash away and she didn’t have to ! Her name was Olivia and she was so helpful and friendly ! I highly recommend the turkey chili and orange cranberry muffin was amazing ! I and my fam will be back !Dietary restrictions: Def good for people with dietary restrictions!Parking: This is my new favorite spot !Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly !!!!

Dave was amazing! Beyond excellent customer service! I pulled in just as they closed to get some coffee. Dave saw me pull up and he went ahead and got me a cup anyways. I was on my way to the airport to pick my wife and daughter up who would not arrive until 1am so I was desperate. Thank you again!

Even though we ordered take out we had to sit there and wait for it. But my daughter ordered these flatbread pizzas that looked so scrumptious and although I didn't try them I'm sure they were. We had a sweet customer service rep I didn't get her name I wasn't really paying attention to her name tag. But I do know one thing she was very sweet and polite. And very knowledgeable about her job. And she had the most beautiful smile I have to say that because that's very important to me when I come into a restaurant I'm looking for that customer service rep to greet me with a smile. So I am thankful for that a smile always make someone's day a little bit better. Now I had the teriyaki chicken bowl. It was the first time I had ever had it. I've actually only been in Panera in my whole lifetime about four times. But every time I go in the food is absolutely amazing. And the customer service has always been excellent. So I'm going to give you a rave review. I'm definitely going to recommend this Panera whether you are passing through or you live locally come and get you some good food some good customer service and the restaurants are usually pretty clean. Thank you again for the wonderful food and for the great customer service. See you sometime in the future hopefully

Nice ambiance with the fireplace going. Even made it okay for the homeless guy getting a couple z's in the corner. I was wanting a fresh smoothie after a major workout at my local gym. I'd settled for their Greek yogurt & mango smoothie. Was a bit pricey for $7 and not using fresh frozen mangos but a puree. Nothing to write home about but I guess it's the same everywhere. Maybe best to stick to bread and soups next time.

She got upset when I asked about the muffin I wanted .she caught an attitude and started to slam things around when I asked for a different one with sugar on top. I know salad goes bad and start to turn but you would think from an establishment that their salad cost over $14 they would ensure the customers gets a fresh batch of greens. My salad was just thrown together and looked so nasty and all the greens were old from the bottom of the bag and full of just the veins. This is so poor for whomever prepared my meal. I hope they get that same treatment when they order their food. Please get it together.

I've had issues with delivery orders from this location before. But tonight took the cake. Ordered the food,50 minutes later doordash delivered it, found a sandwich missing from my order. Attempted to call and was hung up on twice. Drove to Panera, waited behind 2 others missing items, rudely greeted, sandwich made, offered a pastry for my troubles. Refused ability to speak with manager. Open my double steak and white cheddar sandwich upon getting back to my house and found no extra meat, no cheese, no red onion, no horseradish sauce on my sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again.

Our experience here was pretty good. Ordered the Green Goddess Cobb salad with chicken, Steak and White Cheddar Sandwich and the Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich. Everything tasted pretty good. It seemed like there was more bread than steak on that sandwich. However, the spicy chicken portion was just right. Right amount of heat as well. The salad's unripe, hard avocado wasn't exactly what we were looking for. But the dressing and other ingredients were good. Good experience. *Some fountain drinks might not be available when you actually get to the dispensers. But by then, you've already placed your order. There are options, but check it out.

….I got 1 half slice of avacado in my sandwich & I received the incorrect soup. I took my own order on the kiosk and still got a wrong order. The bread I received is hard as all get out.As I am leaving the establishment the employees are on the side of the building screaming and laughing loudly smoking cigarettes. I thought it was solicitors but was alarmed to find out it was the employees.Please police up this location. Unacceptable.

The food is excellent but my main issue is the rapid pickup. They don't put the mobile orders in the specified area anymore. And they don't tell you either. I was told my order was being prepped, waited, then found out it had been ready the whole time. I was told they didn't put them out on the rapid pick up shelf anymore because "people steal them" . The bagels are so so good. The fruit cups are fresh.

Update, went back to it and these people really need to work on CLEANING!!!! Lowered to 2 stars.... They need to work on cleaning often around high traffic areas like the coffee, drink, pick up and restroom areas. Also I never use the utensils or plates here and order everything to go even if I stay in, since they lack of paying attention to cleaning those as well. I have to clean the table and area before sitting to eat!
