I really enjoy coming to this 5 below because I’m always finding things that fit my interests. They offer a good amount of asian snacks and stuff like Sanrio and other pop culture media! I like the self service/checkout registers. This is the best store to come to if looking for gifts!

I love 5 below so much, I get small things, gifts, kawaii stuff and even mushroom/witch stuff. But this 5 below in particular has been a pain before.I've had issues with employees not directing the checkout crowd, and not assisting us in finding something (or doing it to other people)Earlier today I checked what time it closed, 7 pm, before even 6:30 we arrived, along with three other small groups, and it was closed but all the lights were on. Even the big 5 below sign was still on. Any other time the big sign would be off.Edit: went back not long ago and the store was clean and the workers were so friendly. The only "unclean" area was the perfume area because it was being reorganized

The place was clean and tidy. Out of 3 staff members that were there, only 1 spoke to and greeted me. The other 2 never spoke and didn't appear to be warm and inviting. But all items were in order and the 1 staff member even helped me bag my items. That was very nice of her, considering its a self check out.

The store has a lot to offer. I was able to go in and find what I wanted in a minute and back out the door. I don't like self check out. But most store have it now. But I the store is great.

I always had a good experience in there, and the people who work there, sometimes I get gift cards and they dont work but actually have money on it and they always so kind about helping me but sometimes the store a little messy but I know their trying to keep it clean as best they can tho,and sometimes they are a month early/late on some of the items they have (witch it happens) but once their gone, I never see them ever again :/ endless their really popular but even then.

Did a good majority of my Christmas shopping here this year. Lots of stuff, reasonably priced obviously.No real issues.4 stars only because it could be a little less cluttered in the toy sections, couldn't really find what I needed without pulling everything out and fixing it of course.

The associate was very helpful and super nice! I left my card in the car and he told me to take my time and held my items. They have added self check out stations and the store was fully stocked. All self check out lanes!

It's got a lot of neat stuff, but it's so crowded. They really need a bigger store. You can only fit one person in the aisles and don't take a wheel chair or scooter cause it's a pain. The prices are a little on the high side for most items but cheaper for some and good deals when you can find them. It has everything you don't need but want!

I love my 5 and below store for little cosmetics, spiritual needs, books, toys, and all the little things I grab along the way that I didnt plan on buying in the first place. self-check-out makes it a little faster for in and out shopping. Please like my honest comment and review

Very organized even though there were a lot of ppl shopping for Christmas. There was a short, African American young lady waiting at the register that was very familiar with customer service and how to treat her customers. This was a 10/10 visit... can't wait to return. Oh, my daughter loved the sewing machine.

They're OK, definitely not the cheapest place to get things. The best thing is that they have great T-shirts for $5, but their sizes vary wildly! In one shirt a Large fit great, tried on another that was an XXL, and it wouldn't go on past my shoulders. It's weird.

Found the workbooks that I wanted for my children to use while on Summer break and a collapsible hamper and a couple other things. The gentleman at the register was great. He was polite, asked how I wanted a few things and neatly placed my items in a single bag. The store wasn't messy and the atmosphere was nice.

I love this store. They have cute things for children to do like painting supplies and alot of other art supplies they also have a good selection of pet toys and electronic stuff. They have a little bit of everything and all at very low prices. If you have never been I would recommend it as somewhere to check out.

Being honest, My family and I LOVE this store. We mainly use five below for a reward store.. even us adults mommy and daddy like to get a few things we need and like there. We also love the activity stuff, games, and even stuff for my drawings. Keep up t hey good working

This store is Always closing early. I am posting this review on a Saturday. Website says they are supposed to be open till 7. Get there at 6:30 watch over 15 people go to the door and pull it, and they are CLOSED. Employees are in the store walking around. This needs to be corrected. If the people in the store dont want yo work, then there are plenty of people looking for a job that will.

Associate completed my survey without my input. Don't boost the numbers. Help customers out in a timely fashion and the great reviews will follow. I had to wait for the associate to finish the customer before me survey before I could even go to a ready and open self checkout.

Nice store to buy quite a bunch of different things. There are times when I've gone in, and it's clean, and orderly, and others when it's a bit chaotic, and things are all over the place. I will say that the employees are great, though. I had to return, and exchange some things, and had no problems at all.
