If I could give 0 stars I would. This place looked terrible!! Trash all over the floors, boxes in the way. It literally looked like a tornado swept through the store. Disgusting wont be back!

My boyfriend came here with his family to just buy a couple snacks and drinks, and the guy who scanned his products was being weird and unreasonable. My boyfriend was purchasing a Bang energy drink and he asked to see his ID, my boyfriend asked why. The employee responded saying he doesn’t know. There is no point in asking to see ID for an energy drink much less with no knowing the reason for it. The drink may not be intended for individuals under the age of 18 but it is not illegal.

What can one say, the store comes in handy when funds are low. Haven't been in awhile, but was there today. Sure has changed. Shelves empty on some stuff. Best to go from One to another when out shopping.Store now carries items that cost $3, $4 and $5 now. Shelves are now getting filled with items that are popular. Best to shop at night about an hour before they close.

This is the second year in a row, the employees have no air in all this heat! It’s truly sad all the money dollar tree makes and they can’t provide their employees with air. It was 89 degrees the other day and they had the door open trying to keep cool. The lady was putting up freight and sweating so bad. I felt so sorry for those employees. Dollar tree needs to do better! The employees there are always so sweet, kind, and ready to help! This 1 star is solely towards corporate, not the employees working at this location.

The Dollar tree at SouthPark Mall needs to organize their products on the shelves much more better, and move things out of the way to keep a customer from tripping over them so they don't get hurt and they get sued. And somehow someway they need to make a way for customers such as I who would love to buy cruelty free products. They have very little cruelty free products in the store. This whole entire store is a mess it's just like the one in Colonial Heights off the boulevard too. But overall that's all right.

Some what organized, compact, convenient, and could improve on stock, and can improve by opening more registers, I recieved good customer service from the young (African American) Lady when I was there..The lines was long...she handle it with ease while other employees walked out and took cigarette break ..Which is a definitely A Problem ‼️

This store is one of the best! I used to go to others and ask myself why the hell I bothered, but then I came to this one at Southpark and it is amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The product quality is actually really good for only being a dollar. I seriously go here for anything I need before I go anywhere else.

Most of the time, when I go to Dollar Tree, I'm going specifically looking for something that I know that they have. Well, this time, I went there looking for something that I hoped they carried, but didn't recall ever seeing there before, and I was not disappointed! I love that I can go in and find so many useful, and sometimes, much needed items, and, (like everyone else who shops there), get anything for only $1.00! And, on top of that, the people who work there are usually pretty nice, and friendly, and that's at whichever one you happen to go to!

I was impressed with the new layout they got. I also was glad that a German lady was in the store, her names is Claudia I was in search of an item that was not on the shelf. She told me she would check the back. Normaly you don't see that.So 5 🌟 from me

This dollar tree location is pretty good. The items are nice and it's organized. My only complaint are long lines and wait times and short staffed. But not a bad experience overall.

The store was extremely busy. One cashier for the majority of the time I waited. Located everything I needed in a timely fashion. The best part of the store visit was the conversation with the gentleman in front of me.

This store is like lays potatoe.chips, you can't have just ONE! I always find tempting deals that I just can't pass up for a dollar! Same ornaments are three times more at other stores...and YES..they have toilet paper! Lol

They have best deal on spices already mixed and seperate. Also, most when look carry some really good products for much less than other retailers. Even freezer and variety of cooking pans,etc.

The General Manager is rude and down right disrespectful!! Needs lessons in customer service!! I will not ever visit this store again!! I will just go to the Dollar Tree on the Boulevard, So much friendlier, cleaner, and deliverers top notch service!

So unorganized, one cashier with 20 ppl in line. Older cashier was nice but she needed help. This is the worst dollar store ever. People stealing, no help on the floor.

Very poor service. Cashier seemed more interested in being ghetto then speaking properly. She couldn't read english which rendered my coupons worthless. Don't waste your time

Would give 0 stars if I could. The cashier was racist and when I tried to talk to the manager about it and said I could leave and held the door open. He followed me out the door and threatened me! He deserves to be fired but of course that will never happen...
