CVS pharmacy in Colonial Heights is one of the best pharmacies around. The prices are reasonable and they have good products. The pharmacist is very friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you if you need it. It is a very clean store and in a very good location in Colonial Heights. They stay pretty busy so you need to prepare to wait in a little line. I highly recommend this CVS. I give them five stars.

The pharmacist is RUDE. Its like shes mad at life. Or she has to pay her kids rent. Somethings bad off at her home and she brings it to work and makes it everyone elses problem. I've had 4 prescriptions "processing" for 2 weeks. If you don't go in and remind them you have scripts they won't fill them. The only person who isn't completely a jerk is the Indian lady who does the register.

I don't even live near this CVS Pharmacy, but as compared to the CVS pharmacies in Chester near me, this one is well stocked, well run and they go the extra mile to help you. When no one else had the Covid test kits, they had it. When my usual CVS in Target in Chester didn't have an important prescription I needed, they did and filled it quickly. They also made the effort to make sure I got it when some type of error tried to send it back to the other pharmacy. Their shelves are well stocked and everyone I've encountered working there has been both super nice and helpful.

This Pharmacy is awful. #1 if you have one line for both Covid testing & filling prescriptions, have a sign near the drive thru making people aware.This delays pick up and some customers may choose to go inside to pick up their prescriptions. #2) talking about the customer that has clearly irritated you out loud amongst the staff is not ok. #3) how about running a customers insurance if it is a maintenance drug that has always been filled there rather than asking the customer if they are “aware of the cost” which is incorrect because you did not run it through the insurance. All of these things could have been managed so much better. However instead of trying to do better you just insult the former customer. Further more, Holly the pharmacist, lead by example. You were the most insulting and you are the leader. You have only encouraged a toxic environment. Shame on you.

Be prepared to be in the drive-through for 30 minutes just for them to tell you it’s not ready after they texted you and said that it was.

Cvs has gotten ridiculously SLOW in the pharmacy department!! If you don't sit at least 25 minutes in the drive through you got tired of sitting and left!!!! Absolutely pathetic

I've only came here twice for my prescriptions and both times have been the worst. Never have it ready they take forever to serve you and don't even try to call because you'll get hung up on or never answered. This am the girl was so rude to not only me but the customer infont of me. Pathetic
