Rachel and "G" are the best. They made our transition from the chain pharmacy easy. They take the time to listen and care!! They promptly ordered and had on the shelf some OTC items my husband had inquired about. Again, they are the BEST

Unexpected top tier service at this pharmacy in Colonial Heights. On a recommendation from my children's pediatrician after a bad experience with a big box pharmacy, I gave this local pharmacy a try. Because of the friendly, professional service I received, I have begun sending all my family prescriptions there. If you like a friendly, personal, and efficient customer service, this is the pharmacy for you.

This pharmacy is WONDERFUL! They are SO quick and attentive and I honestly don’t even need to call in refills as they’re ALWAYS on top of it and all the staff are so nice and considerate. It’s the polar opposite of nightmare chain pharmacies like WalGreens. I highly recommend this pharmacy as someone w/ a chronic illness who makes frequent pharmacy trips. They are just great and I’ve NEVER had a problem.

After using CVS, Walgreens and many other big retail pharmacies I am extremely grateful I switched to this one. They proactively call in the medicine so it's ready for me. Even with medications that are in short supply, I have never had an incident where my prescription could not be filled. The staff is extremely kind, patient and helpful. Instead of waiting on hold I can easily reach someone here. If you want a hassle-free, friendly place to get drugs, this is it.

Switched my family to CH Pharmacy as I know the owner and would rather support a small business. Unfortunately one really poor, disrespectful employee can bring an entire business down. Kendall is extremely rude and unprofessional, she shows zero interest in going the extra mile to help customers and is unable to answer questions about medications and insurance coverage. Also would add that the pharmacy said they could not get my current medication in stock and they needed to switch me to another brand that they could stock. Kendall told me it was covered, just a higher priced medication. I have been paying $100 for it. The manager told me today that insurance never approved the brand they were giving me, and the pharmacy just applied a manufacturer coupon. So that is why it was so expensive. This Pharmacy is only looking out for their wallet. My doctor also has told me no other pharmacy has an issue stocking my current medication.We will be leaving this pharmacy and making sure to not recommend.

I really like this locally owned pharmacy. Like the atmosphere and the service plus it doesn’t hurt that they have free delivery. Don’t ever plan on going back to a chain pharmacy again.

Tech's Kendall & Rachel are a force to be reckoned with. 18 cvs techs couldn't compare to them. They'd mop the floor with an entire walgreen's crew. I hope nothing but good things happen to them. I hope their dogs live forever and every day is 72 and sunny for them. I'm team Colonial Heights Pharmacy for life.

This is a fun place to work as a retired guy. Nice, passionate people populate this not so well known health and wellness establishment.. Wait times are usually in the single digits. They deserve some more business.

This pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have been to. I switched to them because I was tired of rite aid and other pharmacies like that. Since I switched a few months ago, they have been extremely helpful and have went above and beyond for me. If you want a genuine pharmacy experience then go here and experience what you'd expect a pharmacy to do for you. Sam is wonderful and so is his staff. I hope they all know they're great and the services are appreciated!!! :)

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to they see no error in delivering medication to the wrong address nor do they communicate amongst themselves to follow instructions it’s a horrible idea to just leave someone’s medicine on the porch especially when it’s a neighborhood filled with children who play outside, not to mention they leave it on the wrong porch as if your personal information isn’t important enervating worst your medication can be tampered withThe supervisor is definitely unprofessional and careless as if he hasn’t had proper instructions that they refuse to follow and he decides to blame me calling me picky as if the errors they repeatedly make aren’t DANGEROUSI HIGHLY RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT PHARMACY FOR THIS IS THE WORST IVE EVER SEEN

Let me tell you, this is the best place so far in the town. Here I'm very satisfied with the service and they are very friendly people. They call you when you need them to. They always have someone who is reputable and knows what going on with you and your doctors. I highly recommend it here, especially if you are a veteran or disabled. They will deliver your medications at no cost and work with you for your needs and remind you about a prescription or call you to ask you if you need that medication filled or refilled. The owner is definitely on top of everything that you need. Ask for their free pill pack service where they organize your medication by 4 times a day schedule - it really works for my parents and they don't have to remember which med to take on which time. Best part is that the pharmacist is bilingual which makes it so much easier for my parents to communicate with him.

This pharmacy has great customer service. Really short wait times and delivery is always on time and close to your home . Switch over and please give it a try. Rain or snow their delivery driver bob will always show up when needed. Their CBD products are great as well.

I found this pharmacy by accident - but I'm so glad I did! I was surprised to receive personable, friendly, and fast service by the pharmacist from my first encounter with them. Their store is incredibly clean. They even sell CBD products for people and pets! (And they have a large supply of masks and hand sanitizer!) Oh! And did I mention they do free delivery in the area?As a long time big-chain pharmacy user, I am so glad I found this small, locally owned business!

This pharmacy has the fastest service that you can imagine. I like their delivery guy Bob. He will bring the meds when you need it and on time. Their CBD is the best as well. Pharmacist Dr. Patel will spend good time with you explaining all the dosing guideline on their CBD product. I highly recommend it.

I want to recommend this pharmacy because the pharmacist Shyamal Patel went above and beyond last week to get the medication for my parents. Our parents get their meds fill here at Colonial heights pharmacy and we recently moved to new house. In the transit of relocation my parents lost their med box. I called the pharmacist and he said - don’t worry, I will take care of it in a day. Next day he called us that all of the meds were ready for pick up. He called insurance company and got the override for lost medication for my parents and his delivery driver Bob delivered the meds to our house in Midlothian. I really appreciate the service that this pharmacy provides.

The CBD oil that we got from Colonial Heights Pharmacy was a total lifesaver for my wife and I. Our two dogs, Shannon, a Lab / Setter mix and Duchess, an American Pit Bull Terrier had separation anxiety so bad we would come home to a wreck in our kitchen even if we just stepped out to the store for a few items. The Ananda Pets CBD oil helped immensely to keep our pups safe and non destructive. They just remained mellow for 3 hours last night while my wife and I went out for a romantic dinner. I would recommend this product for anyone with an animal that has this type of separation anxiety or perhaps is frightened easily by thunderstorms or fireworks. I highly recommend everyone to stop by at the pharmacy and check them out. Sam is the best!
