My little guy has never been so calm at a dog groomer before. As soon as we stepped in the door, I knew we would love this place. They listened to all of my concerns and gave him the perfect groom. He even came home with a little bandana for Valentine’s Day!

I love this place! Anytime my cat needs a nail trim, they are always available to take her when I need them! The staff is super friendly and I'm so grateful for a quality groomer to be nearby ;)

Darcie took us in on a Saturday, no appointment and was super kind and took good care of my dog Teddy. He looked and smelled amazing after his spa bath, haircut, and nails trimmed.

I take a cat who is older and they do a fantastic job. I actually had taken him to another groomers that I wasn't very happy with. I will never go anywhere but Bark Avenue pet salon. Staff are very friendly, their prices are reasonable, and they get your animal done within a reasonable amount of time.

Used this place because my groomer was booked.Totally didn’t listen to what I requested. My dog was cute, but not at all what I asked for…. To the point that 5 weeks later my regular groomer didn’t recognize him. They also have a cat roaming about in the salon…..Why?? Just why?

I have been going to Bark Avenue for maybe 2 years now and I have always been pleased with the service my mini schnauzer Travy receives. They are affordable and have any service you can possibly imagine to pamper your babies. He hates going to the groomers and is always very nervous but they are very patient and caring with him. Julia does a phenomenal job. He always looks so handsome and I get many compliments. I highly recommend this salon for your pets grooming needs! You all rock!

They have a nice selection of dog treats. We usually only visit on our dog's birthday to get him special treats and a birthday cake. I'm giving 3 stars because one time when we visited, we were highly judged on what we feed our dog. Not dropping any brands, but the diet we use is the highest recommended from vets and they told us we should be using a brand that has at least 3+ recalls a year. Also tried to sell us a $100 leash/harness set and couldn't tell us any benefits for it versus a cheaper alternative.

Wow! I've got 3 Labs and they tend to not like to visit the groomers. But when I picked them up from their first trip to Bark Avenue they were happy and had obviously enjoyed the pampering.My pups were flawlessly groomed, soft and smelling great. Their nails were clipped and smoothed better than they'd ever experienced.Amy & Kristie are obviously caring "dog people" and we've found our new favorite "spaw."

Constantly cuts my dogs moles and seems to never really care! This time I picked him up and the mole on his nose was literally cut through and she didn’t say anything at all about it until I noticed and brought it up… never returning and if I could give zero stars I would btw very unwelcoming if you don’t care for your job find something else to do!

They are not clear with you on the phone that if you come in just for a nail trim you have to stay. You can not drop your dogs off for that service. Fine, on that policy , however it would just be nice for them to be clear on that. I also almost missed a appt. I had set up thinking I could drop my dogs off while they had their nails trimmed and then I could pick them up after. Just to get their and that not be the cases. Then having the dilemma of what to do with my dogs that I had with me. So only use them twice and have been pleased with the work so far.

Horrible grooming experience when you pick up your dog and it no longer looks like its breed. Can they even follow simple instructions? You ask to cut the fly aways from the sides and it turns into an all around even which takes away from how your dog is supposed to look. They had a dog roaming the store while I was waiting for mine and he just pooped on the floor. On a good note the shampoo smells good but we will not be back.They did issue a refund just now.

We've used Bark Avenue Pet Spaw for years and have been very happy with their expertise and care. Sometimes we choose to turn our Aussies into fuzzy-wuzzy bears, other times we prefer to keep their long coats silky and smooth. Either way, Amy always makes them look and smell fantastic. Our boys love coming to see her, too!

I drive 35 miles to have my dog cut. I drop him off, tell them he needs a muzzle around strangers if I'm not with him. I get almost home, they call and tell me they can't cut him he's trying to bite and we can't get him in the Tub. I go back, offer to put him in the tub and muzzle him. No good. I will not be using them again.

I have been taking our 2 Westies to Julia at Bark Avenue Pet Salon for nearly two years. Every time, without exception, they are perfectly groomed when I pick them up! I would not take my dogs anywhere else. Forget PetSmart and other groomers. You will find top notch grooming HERE!

This place is fabulous. I highly recommend Bark Avenue to anyone that loves their pet. When I saw my dog I couldn't believe how good he looked. I had tried Petsmart and a few others they can't compare to Bark Avenue.
