The staff is nice enough but when a tool cost $150 at the store vs $100 at Home Depot, and I can have it at my door in 2 days is ridiculous!

Hours online need to be updated. Drove into town because online shows the store closes at 5, we arrived at 4 and it was already closed.

It would be very helpful if in the future the correct store hours and correct supply be added to website on a more frequently. There is nothing more irritating than to get to a store and they don't have the items they said they did and they have decided they want to close over an hour early. Wasting my time and my gas. This was strike two there is no three, they just lost a customer.

I work here lmao, but that does not influence my review. I usually come in for small hardware bits or bike parts and they haven't disappointment me yet, even before being employed here. I love and enjoy being around all my coworkers and it's always a super friendly environment that helps me greatly enjoy my job. I enjoy talking to and helping customers and am always happy to make someone smile, it's one of my favorite places to be even not on a shift. Great community if a little on the pricier side.

I called to find out if they had a piece of wood I needed for a shelf. I was placed on hold a total 6 times and disconnected twice. After 14 minutes I was finally told they had it. Y'all need to do better!

Nice store, very proud of the merchandise, because they price stuff very high compared to the ACE Hardwear store in Fredericksburg. The employees were lost in their own store. Asked for a brush to. Lean metal fittings, the youngman who apparently only knows where the coffee is , had a hard time finding anything we asked for. Took us to one lane for a brush, and I went to plumbing and found the brush. He was trying to sell us some steel brushes that weren't going to be any use in cleaning fittings and bushings. Asked about some lime away or CLR,he didn't know what it was. First, he told us he didn't carry it, but there it was in the cleaning products section. When you hire and Trai. The employees, as small as the store is they should know where stuff is. Apparently, this youngman doesn't do any stocking.

Great selection of tools, paints, plumbing supplies, and general hardware. The place is well staffed with knowledgeable and friendly people. The one major problem I've run in to several times is the lack of basic electrical supplies. I've been there on multiple occasions over the past 6 months looking for gang boxes (old-work , new-work, and low voltage), but was never able to find any. The bins are always empty and I was always told that they were on order. With other parts it's hit or miss. If I need one oval 15A outlet in white, they might have it. I could get the contractor pack of 25 outlets or I can get a single outlet in ivory, but that's not what I need. Same thing with basic wall switches. It's very frustrating.

This place is a complete rip off. Their wood is twice the price of Lowe’s and Home Depot. Everything is overpriced because it’s a small town and any other option is a long drive.

They were extremely helpful when you were able to get help, just know before you go there, they are short handed but they are pretty much stocked with what ever you are looking for.

They've got what you need without the long drive to a big box store. Might cost more, but a 10min drive is easier than an hour.
