Terrible! Been waiting 15 minutes for the employee to come back for smoke break....One person on Labor Day weekend.... No self checkout and 9 people in line. I'm adding to this review after many! Today while winning their they were three, the oldest and sweetest employee in there who was actually very helpful and the most productive was the one that we dealt with thank God! The young girl that was working the register was very rude she didn't know where none of the products was! The male assistant manager was outside rolling rent a car with one. I want to know why the regional manager David or Ricky or not looking into the store! Stephanie the manager herself should not be running no store at all! Because of what I seen today I just want to take a look at some other things. And after I took pictures outside I'm going to! I'm willing to say they have not had the trash picked up out back in three weeks. When the assistant manager did come back in he is out of the place his phone on the back of the store and walk around and not or recover. Collinsville deserves better since Dollar tree is moving in right next door Family Dollar needs to pick up the slack did they have let go to the past couple of years

This is a wonderful store full of amazing and dedicated staff. They donated and delivered Valentine's Day items to Stanleytown Health and Rehabilitation Center. This truly made the residents day extra special. I am so thankful to everyone who was involved in this act of kindness, especially Stephanie. It is so wonderful to have a local business invest back into the community.

This location has really gone down. This is the 4th bag of RIPS that I have bought from this location that is old and hard. Alot of their food products were old and outdated. Not just the candy but last minute products over the past year have also been just old and not fresh. If I go to Bassett, everything is always good but Collinsville, Virginia needs better management

Yesterday Aug 1, at the Collinsville Va store I asked the manager to help me with a situation because my elderly mom couldn't walk from the car to the store and "HE" did that was so kind of him. Friendly sales associates were very helpful. The store is clean and neatly kept. Reasonable prices, nice place to shop.
