Totally recommend it. Bigger than a normal Dollar General and twice as much items and a pretty good fridge and freezer products so you can kill two birds with one stone. And no boxes cluttering the isles.

Finally going to put up a review on this Dollar General Market, in Collinsville,VA. My family and I have now been coming to this particular Dollar General Store Market, since back in late June-2020 to early-mid July-2020. My wife absolutely just completely fell in love with this store the very first time ever going in. We've NEVER EVER EVER, NEVER seen another one like it. Easy to find everything, easy, simple, laid out floor plan. You don't have to backtrack trying to find anything. It's all in the proper space it was designed for, with ease of finding what you're looking for, spacious- plenty of space getting around or from one section to the next. No skinny, small isles. Wide, open, clear, clutter free isles and spaces to walk around and get through. Absolutely love this store, wish we had these in NC (Rockingham and stokes counties) and the employees are so so so friendly. I went into this store to get some charcoal. The ladies in the back of the store told me it was up front by the door now. I go back up front and grab 1 bag and as I was turning to walk to the register, the cashier stopped ringing up the customer to rush over towards me thinking I was getting ready to steal an $8 bag of charcoal. When she realized that I was heading to the counter to pay and I said loudly, "why are you running towards me like I'm really stealing a bag of charcoal", she turned and went back to checking out the customer. The customer even acknowledged that she did it too. I think it's because I'm black. I will be contacting an attorney. This happened Wednesday, September 6, 2023 roughly between 2-4 p.m.

This store is very very expensive being honest you will save more money at Walmart or Aldi. The only thing good is the employees and the cheap beer.

Convenient and easy parking. Store has many everyday items at good prices. Be prepared to wait because there never seems to be enough clerks at check out. Usually there is just one. Overall good experience.

Over the weekend of July 31st-August 1st I got a pack of cookies. Not thinking ab checking the date I grabbed a pack. It’s now Monday August 2nd and I’ve been eating the cookies and ever since I started eating them I felt sick to my stomach. I was wondering what was making me sick. Until I say the date the cookies expired. The pack of chips ahoy cookies I grabbed expired on June 30th. That was a month ago. Im thinking that they push the expired or soon to be to the front. But when you do that make sure you check the dates.

Decent prices, but the checkout lines are so long! One or two lines open, and 10 carts deep. I think it's under different management, which is too bad, because it used to be a lot better.

I love this Dollar General. It is a super store. You can get groceries to medicine to home products to school products. The employees know me and my family by name. They are cheaper than any other store and they only sell the freshest food and veggies. It is a better place to go to than Wal-Mart and food lion.

Its exactly what you would expect from a grocery store. Clean, organized and well priced. This is one of the few stores in my town I'll shop at. Also, restroom are well maintained just figured I would throw that out there.

Everything is neat and tidy. I am in a wheelchair and I like to go into stores who don't keep boxes of stock in the isles. Nice cheerful employees too!!

Great place run in get out fast...employees are the best....need to work on corporate though....coupons are not redeemable unless you do a screen capture of the electronic coupon and then login with your fone at ckout....long and extremely time consuming.I hope they fix this...been going on over a year! Store is very clean and easy to find sales...etc..

This is the cleanest and nicest Dollar General store I have ever bin in, we live in Hayesville, NC and we have two DG stores that are not the Market and one of them is brand new, both of our DG stores are always dirty and very disorganized, we have one grocery store in our town and it would be Great to have DG Market. I hope Dollar General sees this review.

The prices are fair depending on what you're looking for. Groceries are over priced for mediocre quality, but the household items are priced at a really good deal. And the toys are really cute.

I couldn't find tomatoes that I liked. The ones on display were too soft. They went in back to get tomatoes so I could pick out some that I liked.

Like any other dollar general. Friendly service and a bit cramped with merchandise in the aisles not put up. A little bit of everything and public restrooms that where clean. Easy to spot from road.

Stop by to get a few groceries for dinner. Alot of good prices on alot of the things I shop for. I had already decided to avoid Walmart for my grocery shopping. Your store makes for a nice alternative. So thank you!

I prefer this Dollar General Market to the smaller cramped Dollar General locations found everywhere. This store has has wide uncluttered aisles, a better selection of merchandise, and helpful personnel.
