They are NEVER OPEN!!!! The staff are kind and nice but the management of this pharmacy is pathetic! Never have medicine in stock or they run out early. Tried to pick up meds yesterday and they were closed. The sign stated they were open 9-6 but they were closed.It’s a crying shame that they can charge an ungodly amount for meds, give you a timeframe to pickup your meds and then when you’re off work…. They’re closed sending you text saying they can only hold them for so many more days.CVS DO BETTER!!

Horrendous service, horrendous hours. Spend an enourmous amount of time just trying to get anyone on the phone. If you can get someone you are rushed off of the phone. I had have to go to the store multiple times just to speak to someone about filling simple prescriptions. Show up to pick up prescriptions when they say they’re ready and they aren’t. Driving back and forth just to manage simple monthly prescriptions. Then they close and I am unable to get prescriptions for days. Because I have Aetna insurance I am required to use CVS pharmacies. This location is in serious need of overhaul. There is no excuse for such poor service.

Someone needs to shut this store down!!! Their hours are VERY misleading!!!! I’m had my prescription sent here and the website said the pharmacy closes at 6. Well I get there at 3pm and they’re closed??? My medication is very important that I take it on time!!! Either close your store or stop lying about your hours. If a law suit was possible, I’d do it!!!

I really like the cvs in collinsville va it's very nice and staff are very friendly and kind very helpful and even I'm the back in the pharmacy they are very kind and helpful great place 🙂

The one good thing this store had going for it was it's staff. I was irritated with the irregular hours but was fine dealing with it because the previous workers were great. It is now newly staffed with rude and inexperienced workers and this location should be avoided. I've been a customer here for 8 years, and now I'm going to have to switch to a new pharmacy.

I used to really love this store. The staff has always been friendly and willing to help but lately, they have carried some very odd, inconsistent hours so you never know if you’re actually going to be able to pick up your medications that day. My 5 year old broke his arm badly and was in a great deal of pain and when I went to pick up his pain medication at 5pm, they were already closed and this was still within their “normal” hours of operation.

I was in this line for an hour, some cars sat at the window for 15- 20min. When I finally got to the window they told me that my prescription wasn't ready, it would be 10-15 min and instead of waiting like the cars in front of me did (while I was waiting patiently behind them) I needed to pull through and go to the back of the line. The last picture shows the line with just 1 car shorter time stamped 26 minutes later.This review isn't to bash but to hope to help find a better way. You can't ask a sick person to do that. They shouldn't have had to wait that long 1 time much less 2 times. I know everyone is short staffed but that is asking a little much for any customer much less a sick customer that should be home in bed. I do apologize to the employee that I wasn't nice to when asked to do this. It wasn't her fault and I know this; there needs to a better policy and procedure in place.Option 1, let's count out 50 pills really quick instead of asking this customer to do something like that.Option 2, please pull to this designated area and someone will be out as soon as it's ready.Just think about the customer and put yourself in their situation. This isn't a 10min line to go back and wait in.

The young lady at Collinsville CVS just treated me terribly. She was ugly and rude. If you don't want to work with the public, find something else to do or just stay home and be miserable there. Don't bring it with you to work. I hope my insurance is accepted at Walgreens. Will never deal with CVS again.

Always late on prescription, you can get it called in be told a time and get there and they still have not filled or expedited it. And you will have already waiting 1-2 hours if not half a day. Sometimes you get med called in the previous day and it won’t be ready till a whole day. They close without notifying people or updating their hours which I feel is highly unprofessional seeing as they are a pharmacy that deals with medicine that if not received can be life threatening. I feel there should be an automated call made to all patience if the store will be closed or closing early so they can make arrangements in a timely matter (meaning enough notice to do so) so they can receive the care/medicine they need. Something should really be done about this store. Also some of the pharmacist are extremely rude and not understanding on the phone and sometimes in person. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but something need to change about this. It is always happening that’s the only reason I’m leaving this review.

No cashier up front I personally had to walk by the office and ask for a cashier. Of course that didn’t sit to well . Of course I wasn’t greeted and of course I wasn’t ask about my extra care card or phone number . I brought 5 gift cards and the cashier never told me that they were activated but I knew by looking at the receipt. Customer service wasn’t good at all, but that’s the service you get when you only have 1 person other than pharmacy personnel running the store .
