Customer service is impeccable. Family owned business and when you walk in there you feel like part of the family. The owners are knowledgeable about what they do and have been able to answer any questions I’ve had over the years. Red Oak is awesome. They've got a little of everything and are one of a dying breed of hometown hardware stores. The guys there are extremely helpful and always friendly. You'd be surprised at how competitive they are with the mega stores in pricing but I don't pay alot of attention because I'd rather pay more for the experience and service than go to one of the mega stores anyway.

If you need parts for your mobile home this is DEFINITELY the place to go. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful and will take their time to help you get what you want. They won't try to sell you something you don't need. As far as their stock goes they pretty much have what you need.

The prices are good on a lot of things but you are also paying for some stuff that is not as nice as a place like Lowe’s or Home Depot has. The paneling isn’t kept in a way that it doesn’t get warped or damaged so to me it’s a bit lesser quality. The staff isn’t overly friendly to just us common people who are not buying mass amount of items. That has been our experience the last few times we have been there.

Went there for shutters & found the same one Lowe's had for 1/2 the price!! Good place to shop. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Loved the dog!!

Locally owned company where I purchased a few windows. I called and they only had two left in the color and size I wanted. They held them for me till I got there from Bristol. Nice honest people that told me about French doors they would be getting in a few weeks.

always treated us right help me find parts for my heaters and even helped me with parts I couldnt find anywhere else locally shopped here for several years always felt welcomed like a friend instead of dollar sign I really appreciate the gentleman helping me (im disabled) find parts and even helped me to find two good heaters for my home truly good folks here hope to do business again soon

Prices are high. Home Depot prices out shine them by a mile and so do Lowes.. The place and items are filthy.. Its a very nasty over priced store... I got a couple peice of lumber and the guy thru them over fence into mud instead of unlocking the gate..
