Y'all crossroads never disappoints. Me and my mom picked up dinner tonight and I realized that I didn't have any more treats at the house for my doggies, but didn't want to run all the way off the mountain to get them. I told the lady on the phone I needed a plain burger patty and told her why because I didn't want any seasoning on it, if at all possible. I got home to this note. Made my night and of course the "babies." Keep doing what your doing, crossroads. This may seem like a small act, but for somebody who had a bad day, even the littlest act of kindness can change your whole night. ❤️

Like most small places you can get a homemade hamburger toasted bun which is always good, but what sets this place apart is the owners, staff and area. Great people! It's like walking into home or a familiar place. You feel like friends and family.

Shouldn't accuse people of trying to steal gas and yell at them infront multiple customer's. Go check the pumps outside before calling someone a criminal. Don't try to trick someone and berate them out of $20 just because you don't want to walk outside and check the pumps first.

Not giving them even a half star they r awful very rude my husband went in 2 grab a few things and waz at the register 4 5 mins and they just piled up where the cook talking and the girl running the register was asked by another employee If she waz gonna get my husband and she just payed her no mind just kept talking they really need 2 not be so rude to customers.

Ive always liked the top of the mountain but crossroads is gotta strange feel to it. Not very good prices but that's understandable with it being a good distance from the nearest town.

Was told I was trying to steal gas whenever I bought 6 dollars worth embarrassed me in front of all the employees and customers claiming i was trying to jip them out of 20 bucks saying I got 26 dollars worth very dissatisfied I work in the industry and don’t like being called a thief travel a bit farther for good service and non accusatory staff.
