I have 2 bathhouses at our campground in Appomattox County, Va. I contacted Travis and explained that I wanted to update the bathrooms. We set a date for him to take a look at what we wanted. Once he made the initial visit, I picked out what we wanted. He gave me the pros and cons of each product and we were able to pick out what fit our needs. He then sent out Zach, who took the measurements of each stall and showers. I placed the order in June, even though we were not going to get them installed until the fall. He received the order and held them until we were ready to have them installed which ended up being February. Zach came out and was able to install everything within a week. He was on time each day, was able to answer all of my questions. I was so impressed with his work ethic, and his professionalism, I tried to give him a tip, which he refused.I would highly recommend Travis and his Company to anyone that need their services. Very professional and great customer service at a fair price. Not too often I can actually say that about businesses now a days.

Above and beyond customer support! House of Doors (Travis, in particular) treats their clients and potential clients like gold. After calling multiple manufacturers, door companies, and locksmiths, I couldn’t find one soul to help with an unusual door issue. No one had the time to explain and brainstorm on my situation even if I was willing to pay! Until I stumbled upon HoD and spoke with Travis who gave me several ideas to try before installing a new door. So, while I am not an actual customer yet (trying his no cost suggestions first) I will recommend to anyone and will buy whatever I need in the future from House of Doors. They are the best!
