Walgreens texted my prescription was ready for pick-up. 5 hours later i went to pick up my prescription. Store was temporarily closed. I called store. Recording said temporarily closed.I called Walgreen customer help. Was told sorry there wasnt anything they could do. Its friday. My dr will not be in until monday. So thanks to walgreens i will be without medication and very sick for next 3 days.I will never use any Walgreen pharmacy again.

Please, take your business elsewhere or you're going to experience problems. Wait time on prescriptions is very long, and the wrong information is given often.All of my immediate family has encountered negative issues and wrong information when doing business here.The staff are friendly enough, don't get me wrong, just seemingly inept or at best indifferent to the customer. Not acceptable at all.

I had been with "rite aid" for 30 yrs. Never had much of an issue with them. When they switched to Walgreens, it was nothing but trouble. I got tired of noone answering the phone for days. Having to wait for 2 days for a much needed antibiotic that was called in and having to wait till the next day for medication that was called in. I switched pharmacy's.

Since this Walgreens downsized and Greenwaves workers started this Walgreens has went to pot as the elders would say. Phone lines never work right, wrong prescriptions are filled for some, also another prescription issue is you can ask them if there is anything else filled upon pickup or before pickup, then when you get back home their letting you know you forgot some or they call the next day saying more are ready. In short the file system seems all messed up now, the workers except for 3 are rude or act like your clueless about your medications or the process in getting them. It's not just patients getting disappointed in them either, doctors are too. Something needs to give because this Walgreens is failing us badly.

It takes hours to fill any prescription at all. Store is way to small and usually they have 6-8 workers behind the counter and it's basically a pharmacy only now so it shouldn't take 3+ hours to fill one prescription or 1 hour or more to simply pick up the phone and answer it when customers call. Otherwise those people are getting paid for just standing around and doing nothing
