DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE. I would rate it a 0 if I could. The groomers are INEXPERIENCED AND CARELSS! The owner showed no remorse for my dog getting hurt during the grooming session at their business. They took no accountability and even blamed my dog saying "he was moving too much" that resulted in injury next to the eye.

awesome grooming service! I’ve been to many groomers in the area before coming here and Woofgang did the best cut by far for my doodle. They did charge me $50 extra because he was really matted, but I was expecting this / didn’t mind paying extra as I knew his fur was pretty matted, it was worth it to get him all freshened up and ready for spring weather :-)

My new favorite pet store! This spot is so cute and super friendly! I came in to check it out I’ve so many good things and looked forward to some good purchases. I was even greeted and assisted with picking out some good treats with Ranger (store owners dog I believe) he was helpful and was paid in a couple treats. My bakery goods and experience we’re very nice! I look forward to my next visit !

Molly got groomed yesterday at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Clifton and I think they did a great job! Everyone greated her with love and excitement as soon as we walked in the door and I swear she never stopped wagging her tale from the second I dropped her off to the moment I picked her up! I was able to show a picture of my vision for her and they helped me tweak it to fit what she needed. Her grooming took about 2 hours. (it had been awhile since her last grooming) price was $85 before tip. When I picked her up they said she was perfect for everything they did (of course 💁‍♀️) We’ll Definitely be back!!!

The staff was responsible by calling us before they started the grooming to let us know of the matting and what they intended to do. They followed our instructions on what we wanted done, contacted us when they were almost done and our dog was ready when we arrived. Thoroughly satisfied.

I’m going out of my way to leave a good review because the owner, groomer and front desk staff at this location were so friendly, helpful and professional when a booking misunderstanding happened. They did all they could to accommodate my requests and kept to their word about calling me back. They were on top of the things they could control and delivered the best grooming service I’ve ever seen.My 70 lbs German Shepherd is not the most calm when getting her nails trimmed but the groomers still got it done and did it much better than other grooming places I’ve taken my dog to. She came back to me with excellent coat and happy as can be.Kudos to Woof Gang of Clifton VA. I highly recommend them.

We've gotten 2 of our dogs groomed for the past 4 or so grooms. Each time is a new problem. Also, raised their prices by $10 for a groom, when everyone else is still charging $65-75 in the area.The reason for 3 stars is that they have a notes system that each groomer has access too, yet it seems like they don't reference it. Last time we went, we told them to call us if they had to cut off any chunks of hair (due to matting), yet we got one of our dogs back with huge chunks of hair missing from.The most recent visit, they cut of hair from my one of my dog's tail, when in the past we've just had them trim it. Again, this should have been in their notes. They also forgot to trim his private area, so now the hair is just super long down their. We usually get a teddy bear cut for the face, yet they cut it down significantly. Also forgot to trim their eyelashes, on both dogs.They don't deserve less stars, I just feel like if they address these issues it should be okay. I will probably not got back here, especially since the price hike. I do love the employees attitude and overall vibe of the store, so they deserve 3 stars from me.

Our 3 poodles look amazing! They did a great job and the dogs seem happy. We had a very stressful and negative experience at a nearby groomer, so this positive change is great for us!I would have liked to hear how the dogs behaved during the grooming. It's very possible the groomer was too busy with other dogs to give feedback.We will be coming back in the future.

Crazy overpriced, over 160 for a cut after tip. They will tell you the dog was matted and charge you for it even if the dog wasn’t matted. On top of being ridiculously overpriced they don’t reference their notes you tell them or previously told them, they kinda just do what they want. The curly brown hair woman always in the front is extremely annoying. Won’t be going back

My girlfriend and I just discovered this shop, and we LOVE it! They carry all of the high quality brands that we buy for our dogs, and the home made baked goods are awesome. You can scoop your own treats and then pay by the ounce. Also, it was really nice that they labeled each of the home made treats with the ingredients, as our rescue pitties are very allergic to chicken. They also have a great selection of toys, apparel, leashes, etc. I was really impressed with the selection of items they have; they even had birthday cakes for dogs. The store is small but mighty! I'll definitely be returning!

Don’t take your dog here for grooming! They are inexperienced groomers. They hurt my dogs hind leg and upon speaking with them about it, they did absolutely nothing and claimed that my dog was licking his leg which caused the irritation. In reality he wasn’t licking his legs at all, at any point, until he came from being groomed at Woof Gang.They don’t care about your dogs experience, they just want to get in as many dogs as they can. I recommend other places like Yeppi Grooming who take exceptional care of each dog.

Amazing, incredible. I have a 5 lb Shih tzu who has the tiniest legs. THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL with her and are clearly experts in the field. She’s not an easy dog to groom because of her size and I have even been turned away in the past by other grooming locations in this area because of concerns regarding her size. Professional staff, skilled technicians, truly a safe haven for our dog.

They did the job that was asked of them correctly. The treatment was very friendly and professional, the price was in line with other houses in the same activity. Access is easy as is parking.
