The $6 meal is 7 now and the blizzard upgrade is 2 . I had the $6 cheeseburger meal deal and added a $1 for the blizzard instead of the Sunday. My cheeseburger was great. The burger was grilled hot and juicy with fresh toppings, the fries were hot and crispy but the star of the show was the turtle blizzard chocolaty ice cream with tiny pieces of chocolate, carmel and salty pecans .I want another one.The $6 deal is now $7 and $2 for a blizzard.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday in early July. It's no where near as good as Carvel store in Connecticut (Newington).The crunchies come in van. And/or choc. there...These crunchies were like a fudge. Not goodThe ice cream wasn't tasty either. I think they use ice milk, yuck.

I got off i-64 and visited this dairy Queen to get a blizzard. I was in the mood for chocolate so I decided to try the Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie Blizzard® Treat. It was the first time I had tried it. I usually get a Reese's or a banana split blizzard. I have to say that this is now my favorite Dairy Queen Blizzard. I was in a pure sweet chocolate heaven when I got back on I-64.The person working there appear to be working by themselves. She was very efficient and friendly at the window. This is about 1 mile off the interstate and has an unusual drive-through entrance, but I recommended to anyone who is in the mood or some ice cream or a sandwich when they are in this area.

The workers were nice & the food was cooked to order. Burgers were juicy & flavorful. They were full & big, not squished down like other fast food places. The plain hot dog tasted great, good quality. The tables were all kind of dirty though.

Ate there 2 days ago and it will be awhile before going back. The food is very expensive. And the hamburgers were cold. Was not happy at all. Ate there again a few days ago ordered to Hamburgers and fries the food was okay asked for honey mustard you have to pay for it now 29 cents per pack. And like everything else prices were high. Make use if you eat there you better have plenty of money with you.

5 of us went in at 7:45 pm for ice cream only. they already had the section blocked off for large parties so we had to sit at multiple tables. the cashier was asked why and we were told that section had already been cleaned for the last time that night. Other customers came in as we were ordering and had to do the same and then there was no room to sit down so another customer went over and sat down at the "cleaned section". When they left one of the employees came around and slammed the chairs into the table. I had two of my younger grandchildren with me that night and I'm not happy with the way this employee was acting. Why would you close off a section 2 hours before you close? If your going to do so then at least be curtious if you have to reopen it because a lot of customers come in at one time and there's no place to sit but there. This is the second time this has happened here and when we asked at the previous visit if we could sit there anyway we were told I guess so even though it's already been cleaned. The person that owns this DQ in Clifton Forge, VA needs to have some customer service training with their employees or if you have cameras in the facility look in the vacinity of 7:45 pm on 10/8/22. you will see how your employees act in front of PAYING customers.

Came back to the area and was very pleased to find that the DQ here was open and when we got the food it was nice and hot. The dipped cone I received seemed to have been double dipped or perhaps single dipped but done very well as to have kept most of the dip on it. The wife's blizzard was great flipped upside-down and mixed to perfection. The staff were friendly and so I have to recommend this place to anyone around this small town.

Slow getting order taken..1 person placed an ordered..then were had to wait over 5mins to to be waited on.Fries were not fresh..gravy warm but lumpy. No tea out for customers..They have not returned to normal business..no condiments or napkins on tables. Only fast food place we've been to that is like this..Paid $27 for 2 regular combo meals..insane!Never again!

Stopped in for a hot fudge sundae and it was good. Service was good, friendly staff, clean dining area, quick service. Remember, if you're getting a hot fudge sundae always go large.

Stopped by on my way home to order some food for my little brother. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru and I'm pretty patient since I've worked at fast foods in the past and I know how it can be. I ordered nothing but a basket of fries and was super disappointed when I got home to find it less than half full. I paid $4 for a box a third of the way full of fries? Why call it a basket?

The food is delicious! They have fast service and always smiling faces when I go and I go often! The chicken strip basket is the best and the shrimp basket is great too! And they have CHEESE CURDS! You HAVE to try them!

I ordered the chicken basket. I was horrified to find out that it did not include a drink. Mortified, I walked back to the register to order a drink. I was even more shocked to figure out that the drink cost a whole dollar, on top of my already five dollar basket. This is why I cannot bring myself to leave a 5 star review, despite the service and food being exquisitely satisfactory.

Ordered breakfast to go both right times and they got it 100% both times...and it was special ordered (I'm very picky)! The customer service was spectacular! 😃🎈🎈🎈GO DQ! They w/o a doubt have the best breakfasts of anyone in this area...and who in the world 🌎 would expect that from the DQ??? The best thing, the homemade biscuits...they put everyone else to shame! Well, this is my rating/opinion, go check it out for yourself. Most of us know about the rest of their menu, I just had to share my experience...

Over the past 22 years I've eaten at this DQ many times. From time to time, I've ordered and enjoyed their "Mushroom/Swiss cheese burger" combo. The mushroom sauce and mushrooms made this sandwich special.TODAY, however was likely my last sandwich there. The mushroom burger was radically different: NO mushroom sauce was evident and only there were only 3 tiny bits of mushrooms. AT THE SAME TIME -- the sandwich was bathed in mayo, something I've never ordered and tend not to eat. The quality of their burgers has changed --both the flavor and texture. Perhaps the restaurant was out of the mushroom sauce and substituted the mayo instead??? I don't know for sure but I suspect the new management has changed the sandwich. For certain, this was my one and last "new" mushroom sandwich, half of which went into the trash. I hope positive change is in their future.
