My son and I needed to make a quick dash in to pick up a drink. We got there at 7:42 p.m. and they close at 8. This was the Clarksville, Virginia location. When my son and I went inside the cashier told another employee... Making CERTAIN we heard her say... THAT DOOR WILL BE LOCKED AT 8. There was more than enough time for us to run in for a drink and then to have that directed towards us as soon as we walked in will make me NOT go there again! It is her job to work there and to have a pleasant demeanor and to have good customer service skills. I was offended and it upset my son. It was just totally uncalled for. If she hates her job that much I am certain there is another individual who would be happy to have her job in these tough times we find ourselves in right now.

Sales associate went above and beyond to get us a large bag of charcoal that was on the bottom of the stack in the back storage room because this product was no longer out on the floor due to season change and didn't want us to go to another store to purchase
