My wife and I walked in and immediately had an associate ask if we needed help. I handed her a light bulb, and she instantly said, " A refrigerator bulb." She walked straight to the shelf and handed me the bulb. Asked if we needed anything else. We needed paint, she helped pick it out and gave advice on coverage. Went to the counter to pay, and nobody was there. She came over and checked us out. Very impressed.

It's a clean store that, for it's size, has almost anything you need to diy a small project. Prices are a bit high, but for a small town.. it definitely serves it's purpose

Best kind of home town hardware store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great customer service. Beats driving an hour to Lowes every time. You may pay a little more for some things, but the shopping experience and time saved make it totally worth it.

I needed a new kitchen faucet. Have never bought one, was worried about the cost. Not only was the original price much lower than I had expected, I got it for 50% off! And I was directed to the clearance shelf as soon as I asked about kitchen faucets, which I appreciated, since I didn't have to tell them how cost conscious I need to be.

The staff at this Ace Hardware definitely helps it earn a 5 star rating. After searching and calling all local stores to try and finding canning supplies, I decided to give Ace Hardware in Clarksville a call. The young lady who answered the phone was so helpful.She let me know that what I needed they did have in stock. She also was willing to hold what I needed with my name on it at the counter until I could arrive that afternoon to complete my purchase. Even though I’m not local to Clarksville, I will definitely consider this location when needing supplies for future DYI and homesteading projects.

I've had great luck finding every little thing to keep our 1885 Queen Anne Victorian going for the next 100 years. I've never walked through their doors without being asked if I need help. Their a gem!

I love going to the Clarksville Ace Hardware store. The selection of the random things that I need is outstanding and every staff member is always friendly and helpful.I'll visit this store every chance I get and prefer it to the big box stores.

New store with a lot of inventory. It will save you an hour round trip to the closest big box store. They are also locally owned and operated so that’s a plus as well! Staff is also very helpful. Go check them out!

Local home town hardware store that can handle most of your do it yourself (DIY) hardware, plumbing, electrical, painting and lawn and garden needs. Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. During a recent visit, an employee volunteered (I did not ask!) and replaced my STIHL weed-wacker trimming head while I waited. No charge! Since store remodel and relocation to the present site, inventory has expanded. Store features a full service paint center. Lawn mower and small engine repair work done on site. Store open during day business hours, but closes at 5:30 PM, so no night shopping. Convenient and reasonably stocked local hardware store that helps avoid trips to the South Boston or South Hill big box retail chains.
