I have never seen a place so unmanaged in my life. The cashier told me the wrong price, $20 different mind you and then they have 4 different people managing the register at the window and almost give our order to the people in front of us and then when I corrected the lady, she said well it’s $47 now instead of $27 which is not true and it should’ve definitely been fixed. Then they forgot the burger, and I told them that I had ordered it from the same lady that I was talking to, and she said that I never did even though she read it back as two burgers, not one and gave me attitude about it the entire time. Definitely do not recommend, horrible place.

This place used to be a great place to visit. If I could give it a half star I would. We walked in to the counter and no one was there. The two girls working there wasn't friendly at all. No greeting at the counter just a stare, no smile at all. I ordered a peanut butter shake and my husband ordered a large cone. He got his mixed cone, which was mostly chocolate because they didn't fill up the vanilla ice cream. My husband ate his cone while I stood there waiting for my shake. She walked back and forth doing other stuff, in the mean time no explanation as why I'm waiting so long. The other girl was sitting at the table writing on poster boards and the people in the drive through was literally yelling, hello,, hello...anyone hear me....Once I got it she brought it to the counter sat it down and walked away. It's was sad to see how this place is ran and how awful the customer service is. Sadly we won't be back. (Check out my shake in the picture, there was peanut butter put on the side of my cup and on top, had to eat it with a spoon)

Underwhelmingly terrible. Inflation must’ve been incredibly impactful on this establishment. My six piece order of tenders was actually three cut in half with no fries or drink. We actually got two orders of that which in total actually equal six tenders for $15. If you enjoy this place and want a nice place to spend the night check out natural Bridge hotel.IParking: Parking is good

Decent food, but it’s literally the slowest restaurant I’ve been to. Sat in drive through for 30 minutes and there were 2 vehicles in front of me. You better plan on spending hours to get mediocre food if you want to eat here.

The date of this review is April 2023. Apparently tasty eats & treats is under New Management and they just haven't gotten that right. I loved the old school sauce burgers and they need to call and get the recipe correct.This is one of my go to favorites and I will keep trying them, but it's not looking good, I'm sad to say.

it's better than starving to death, as there aren't really any other places to eat out here.good if you like a really sloppy mustard burger.the bacon ranch chili cheese fries were about what i expected. (kind of slimy)cleanliness is questionable, but so far I'm not sick from the food.the two people up front were very kind, which is the only reason I'm giving two stars.i enjoyed looking at the board of artwork while i waited for my food.

Prices on menu drive thru are wrong. A small avalanche is 4.99 now. Sign shows 3.99. Asked the worker she said the price went up but I could have a receipt. Which isn't the point.. YOUR SIGN SHOULD MATCH YOUR PRICES!! Wont be back. Used to be our goto place since we are local. Very disappointed. Oh. And the small is the same as the customer a month complained about. 4.99 is ridiculous

Well, where do I start? I’ve given this “new local ownership” multiple chances before I wrote this, since I’m understanding that things can happen. Firstly, every single time I go the portion sizes are peanuts. Are the prices fair for the portion sizes? No. Is the quality of the food up to par? Also, no. On more than one occasion I have seen a woman carrying in GREAT VALUE Walmart brand ice cream tubs to serve. They advertise Hersheys, but give us store brand. Are the prices changed when they do this?Negative. They have served me a “double scoop” that was maybe 3 tablespoons of ice cream in a bowl. Along with that was a cone with a skimpy hollow scoop on top with NO ice cream in the cone. Of course the employee initially lied and said it had ice cream in the cone when I could see through the hole in the side of the scant scoop. Then he tried playing dumb, oh do you want more ice cream than this? Let’s see, give people their moneys worth. How about that? Let’s not forget the burger with the meat patty the size of a 50 cent piece. Oooh I almost forgot! The beautiful parking lot ornament they kept outside for months, the old decrepit car they decided belonged there. But WAIT there’s more! If you order all of that, NO, order just ONE ice cream cone you can watch 30 minutes of your life waste away at the drive through and get to be disappointed. Talk about a package deal. Seriously, don’t waste your time. This place is laughable compared to tastee freez & tasty eats & TREATS. It’s very clear the new and unimproved owners do not know the first thing about running a restaurant or any type of business. You’d be happier eating at Waffle House off the floor.

Today I was passing through Augusta county and decided to stop at the Tasty Eats restaurant in Churchville along the way. My experience was so pleasant I felt compelled to write a review. The gentleman up front (Anthony) was very competent, and made sure he got my order exactly as I requested. I sat down in the lobby and he actually brought my food out to me. The lobby was clean, and the food was hot and fresh! I highly recommend stopping in as you pass by!

Update: New ownership and not good at all....original staff no longer works there. Food quality has suffered greatly. Milkshake sizes have been reduced but price has not....Very good quality food for a drive thru...quarter pound hamburger was hot, nice slice of tomato, lettuce and pickle. Onion rings were cooked right..Crunchy but the bite breaks away perfectly. Milk Shake was killer...Enjoy

We thought we were gonna go for a nice treat and order 4 large milkshakes and this is what we got. I’d hate to see what there small looks like. And they barely had any flavor and half of this small cup was filled with whipped cream we didn’t ask for. DONT GET MILKSHAKES from here or anything else for that matter.highly disappointed because it had been a good restraint until this new management. I tried to post pics but they zoomed in to far when posted so you could barely see it. But the cups we small enough I could hold them in my small hands from top to bottom.

I didn't eat here. There was only one person at the counter. They were taking a very long order from someone at the drive thru. I left and got food to go from the McDonald's at the Stuart's Draft/ Fishersville Exit.That was all hot, fresh and delicious.

There is no supply shortage, they just simply do not want to fix things. I would NOT eat there. Not with the nasty people cooking the food. It took them 10 minutes just to get a large drink. They do not have the right equipment to be cooling things either.
