This has to be the WORST Tractor Supply I've ever been in. I drove 45 minutes to pick up a product that the website said they had in stock (3 were said to be in stock) only to find it not on the shelf. I asked an employee if there was any in the back and he checked twice and they were out of stock. When I turned around to leave I saw what appeared to be a manager (due to difference in shirt color) just standing there watching. Maybe instead of watching your customers leave angry, do some inventory and update your website. I WILL NOT be returning and will be giving my business elsewhere.

Shopped there today 12/21/22 at the Tractor Supply in Christiansburg and the 2 young women working the cashiers was very rude, Not helpful at all. People around me was complaining also in line about how rude the two cashiers were. LAZY! NOT FRIENDLY! BAD ATTITUDES! WAY TO BE IN THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT- NOT! They need some major retraining on Customer Service! Walked by two other employees and neither said hello or hi to our family. Should have just left and taken our business somewhere else. CHEER UP, SHOW YOU ACTUALLY CARE, OR FIND A NEW JOB!!

The store was clean and I was greeted quickly upon entering. Although they didnt have the clamp I needed, the clerk was fast to let me know where I could find it even though it wasnt with them. Friendly and helpful...even when he knew there would be no purchase made. Thank you!

The people that work there are great. Josh helped me so much getting the right kayak, since he had so much experience with one. Plus helping others there at same time. Not many young people take that much responsibility these days.

This store has a lot of interesting merchandise. From tools to work boots to knives and a variety of other things. I was looking for something for my wood stove and they did have it. I also was looking at their boots but did not purchase.

The store itself was fairly clean and organized but God help you if you need to use the women’s bathroom. I’m pretty sure you could contract a disease! One of the dirtiest I’ve seen in this country!

Great place to pick up some every day work wear that'll last a while. The $16 rubber boots are great for caving but make sure to get a left and right or prepare for an uncomfortable walk.

Good place to go to get farm supplies and Jean and shirts. Have always been very helpful in finding the things that I need. They have a pretty good selection. Of Carhartt clothes, jackets,shirts and jeans and fair pricing.

I dont know how this place stays in buisness. It is in a horrible location, looks horrible, is never clean, and every single item is almost twice as expensive as Lowes or home depot. Which is always at least 10% more than Rural King. I wouldnt shop here, but if you enjoy throwing money away go right ahead.

Tractor Supply carries a great assortment of things needed for living in and maintaining a rural property. They occasionally are out of stock on some of our regular purchase items, but usually restock in a reasonable amount of time. The ever-present country music makes me want to scream.

Great place to shop for my chicken feed. It's always in stock. The staff are extremely helpful, and even load the 50lb bags into my car. Very highly recommended.

Better call and have someone go put their hands on any product their inventory says they have. I can’t count the times I have checked online, called and had someone tell me they have it, only to drive out and have them tell me “Our inventory is always wrong”. Talk about a waste of time.

My husband's most favorite place in Christiansburg i blieve. They have a variety of farming supplies! From tractor tires to T-shirts! Everyone has always been very courteous and helpful. Good prices too!

Tractor Supply is a great place to get the things I need for the farm but I suggest that you check your receipt before leaving I have bought several items at separate visits and I've gotten charged over the price for items like 5-7 dollars.

I am pure country and have always like Tractor Supply. On a return trip from West Virginia, I decided to stop and stretch my legs and get my Red Siberian Husky (Jax) out to do the same. We decided to take a stroll around the parking lot and ended up in the store as usual. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the cashier Hannah. In typical Husky fashion, Jax begins to talk and flirt with her. She took a quick break to pet him and made him feel welcome. So we looked around and I ended up buying nearly $100 worth of dog supplies. Hannah asked if he could have a treat and came around the register to once again pet and love on him before he left.That did it! We now drive 40 minute out of our way every other week just to go see Hannah and the other girls at the store to lighten my wallet for treats and supplies that Jax needs when there is a Tractor Supply 10 minutes down the road. This is our special road trip and he knows where we are going as soon as we hit the highway. He looks forward to seeing her and it makes it worth the trip. It's not every day that I would take 3 hours out of my day just to go to a store but Hannah and the rest of the team at the Christiansburg store make it worth it for Jax and I can't thank them enough.

Great place to get your supply for tractors and such. Small clothing section but that's ok they are worth looking through. We bought our chickens from here and all our supply for our tractors.
