I’ve been taking my little Yorky to Tailchasers to release some energy a couple of times a week at the doggy daycare. They take excellent care of her and she gets some great exercise. I would recommend the daycare in this facility to everyone. It has been a lifesaver while I work to know my dog Is in great hands and is having a great time! Love everybody there!

My dog has been attending daycare here for about a year and he loves it! He almost runs us over to get out the door when it’s daycare day! And he always comes home happy and tired. About to send our new pup there too when he’s old enough! Highly recommend!!

Very nice owner and her staff is great. Very caring with our pets. My dog loves going there to play with her friends. Would Highly reamend taking your pet there for daycare or grooming. They do a wonderful job with both.

I have been taking my Australian Shepherd to Tail Chasers to be groomed for the last two years. Sadie is one of my children and I don't trust just anyone with her. The first time I dropped her off I was so nervous. When I picked her up she looked amazing, smelled so sweet and was actually happy. Since then I have left the baths and grooming to the experts at Tail Chasers. Sadie loves her time with them and I know she is somewhere that I can trust. They always send her home with a really cute holiday bandana. My kids absolutely love this. Their costs are reasonable based on the quality care we receive. Thanks Tail Chasers for being our #1 Groomer!

Amazing daycare for dogs. The best. The owner and staff are passionate about caring for your furry family members. Our very choosy little terrier mix runs to the gate and scratches to get in. He's high maintenance but they love him anyway. He comes home tired and happy. Groomer is great too and very patient and kind.

My pups love coming to daycare here. They also do amazing grooming. I have a bichon and a maltipoo with high maintenance coats and they always look amazing. I usually request something between a show cut and a puppy cut and they always get it right.

We love bringing our dog, Jake, to Tail Chasers. They do an excellent job grooming him and we love the individualized attention that he receives. I have been taking my Tibetan Terrier mix to another groomer, although I was pleased with them, I didn't like that different groomers would cut her. I also didn't like that you had to leave your animal for most of the day. I decided to try Tail Chasers Pet Boutique on a recommendation of a friend. He loved the attention Tiffany give his dog. I called and asked for Tiffany. She was professional, responsive, and listen to how I wanted Macy to be groomed. She kept me informed and accommodated me on my schedule. She completed the groom within two hours and my Macy didn't have to be placed in a cage. Macy was so cute and extremely soft. She has never that soft before. Macy was scratching a lot and now she hardly never scratches now. I don't know what they used, but WOW!!!!! Just look at my MACY!!!!I added the picture attached.

Best place to go to. They always treat Jessi like a queen. Love their service love everybody that works there. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else or trust her with anybody else for grooming or daycare. Jessi loves it there. She gets so excited when we pull in.

Absolutely love all who work here! Elizabeth is a fantastic groomer! My dogs, Loki and Harley, love to come get pampered! Harley is my ACD. She generally doesn't do well with people, as in making up to others besides family. At Tail Chasers she's made up with everyone there! She loves to go! Loki is our 8 month old Australian Shepherd. Elizabeth has been fantastic with him! He enjoys her and his grooming experiences!I recommend Tail Chasers to anyone who has grooming needs for their furkids! So very professional! Excellent grooming skills! So very caring and loving with our fur babies!

Wrote one grooming time in their books and put a different one in the computer system, so when I got there at the time on my email confirmation the groomer was gone for the day and they couldn’t get my dog in for another 2 weeks! (As if I would take my dog back after this experience) Extremely unprofessional and unorganized! They can’t even keep times straight, I would never trust them with my dog!

I have changed plans multiple times and they just roll with it and with such professionalism! We placed our dog here for doggie daycare. He has SO much energy. We needed a place for him to work off some of the extra energy. So far we are pleased. They are not very big and have a small building, but they seem to care and have been very flexible with drop off and pick up times. Our dog loves it. He has lost some weight and enjoys his new friends.

We took both of our dogs to Linda's Tail Chasers Canine Retreat and Pet Boutique, for a Groom... it was AMAZING! Angie & Samantha were really good with them and they looked adorable when they finished. They received the full treatment; Bath, Nail Trim and Brush n'Cut..... Our Golden also had the opportunity to receive Reiki Energy Healing while being groomed, a service coming soon to Tail Chasers... Attached is a photo of this service. Linda is so kind and passionate with all the dogs that are there... I am also considering to leave my puppies for doggy daycare because the other dogs looked so happy and well looked after.

Super super awesome little doggy day care! The staff are all incredibly friendly, and they even try to include a personal touch that I wasnt expecting by texting me a picture of my dog while he was there. My dog has separation anxiety so being at home alone is stressful on both of us while I'm at class and work, but Linda and her husband have an amazing place. The dogs (not just mine) all seem very happy and comfortable, and the staff worked with me to get my dog in the very next day on short notice which was amazing. They don't kennel the dogs which is fantastic, I know I hate the idea of dropping my dog off to be locked up, and even offer overnight boarding and the option for the owners to bring the dogs home with them so the dogs get all day love and fun and play. It's also (at least while I'm writing this review) a smaller place which means neither the staff nor the dogs are overwhelmed by 30 or more dogs all climbing all over each other. Reasonably priced, at least comparable to Rover (in fact a little cheaper than Rover is in this area of you buy packages of days) and you get the benefit of having a professional place and service.EDIT:For those who still aren't convinced, or on the fence, I'm making this edit. So I've been bringing my dog here since mid August, virtually every single day (barring weekends) and every single day I've been all the more indebted to Linda and her husband and all the staff there. I'm going on 4 solid months of bringing my dog here and they've been absolutely nothing but 110% sweet, kind, affectionate, and professional. I adore coming in and talking to the staff there, and they really feel like family. They take care of your dog, no matter what little quirk or special need they have because everyone there understands each dog is different and needs different personal care. They dote on them and love on them like your dog is their own, and I see them time and time again go above and beyond to take care and ensure your dog's and everyone else's dog's safety. If my dog has a limp or is acting weird they make sure to check on it and see if maybe, while he's there with them, they can see the problem. They get to know all the dog's personalities and understand what all the dogs need to be happiest. Such an amazing little doggy daycare with incredibly personalized care, to the point that even when I needed to come in and drop my dog off early (before they actually opened) to make it to an exam (the alternative would be he'd stay home alone, not a good idea with his separation anxiety) Linda didn't hesitate and came in early to open early just for me to be able to drop him off. While I wouldn't take advantage of her absolute thoughtfulness and try to do that every day, it was a major demonstration of just how dedicated and amazing they are here. If you're nervous, or not sure, let me say that this is a great place to try to bring your dog in for day care or grooming. (Overnight boarding is also available but the owner actually brings the dogs home with her so she's limited in how many dogs she can take on a given day, and if you're interested in that I would definitely call ahead of time and talk to her. She's very easy to talk to and work with!) The fact that it's a smaller place is definitely an advantage because you can tell the dogs get a lot more one on one and individual care for their needs. I can't say enough good things about this place and wouldn't hesitate to tell everyone to try it out if they're nervous like I was initially. It's absolutely well worth it to know your dog is getting the social interaction (if he/she wants it, if not the staff don't mind letting your dog hang out separate--aka with them--from the other dogs so they don't get overwhelmed), the play time, and the supervision to let you complete your tasks without worrying about your dog or dogs. I've seen dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and energy levels in there day to day and the staff all work so hard to ensure and maintain a really awesome atmosphere (and a safe place) for your dog to stay at!

I have taken my dog, Dusty there for awhile & he is always a happy dog when we leave. The owners & others are always so nice & want to meet your needs with your pet. Also, Dusty gets to meet other dogs & make doggie friends. Would recommend this business without any reservations. I can tell they love animals.

My dog and love, love this place!!!! They truly treat my dog as if she was their own. They even recognize those lil things that usually only you see. 😊They have always taken exceptional care, whether it be for grooming or day care ( we go 3 times a week). My mother took her dog to be groomed and it ended in an Emergency Vet Visit! The staff there are not trained to handle dogs that have anxiety getting groomed. The diagnosis was a worsening of his collapsed trachea and severe respiratory distress. I would not recommend them at all. Shame on you tail chasers for not properly training your staff to handle these situations and not having the knowledge to stop when a dog is in distress.

Edit: I bumped up from 1 star to 3. The owner called when she got in today. An apology goes a long way. She explained the staffing situation and apologized for what happened to my pup. We had a nice conversation and when I get back into town I hope my pup can have a better experience so I can add more stars.I have been bringing my dog there since I adopted him for his cleaning needs. I never had a problem until today. I get there and was informed that the groomer just left and that the person who is there isn't trained for some of the services included in the package. After discussing how I didn't want to pay full price for missing parts of the package we agreed on a price. He was bathed and had his nails trimmed and ears cleaned. I was somewhat satisfied until I got home and his nails bled for over an hour. I put flour, backing powder and nothing. Right now it's bandaged in a sock because I couldn't get it to stop and there is blood all over my house. I call them and there answer was 'sorry try flour or baking powder. I diddnt see it bleeding when he was here'. Of course there is a chance that he randomly started bleeding but take ownership of cutting his nails to close. I will never be going back there and am starting to wonder if the person who trimmed his nails was even 'certified' to do that. I am livid.
